How to turn the Artica DUO earphones on and off?

The earphones turn on automatically when you remove them from the charging case. To turn them off, place them back in the case. You can also turn them on/off manually by pressing the touch area for 3 to 4 seconds.

How to pair the earphones with my phone?

Remove the earphones from the case to turn them on. On your phone, enable Bluetooth and search for devices. Select NGS ARTICA DUO A or NGS ARTICA DUO B (depending on which earphone is used as master) to pair them.

How to control volume and playback?

Use the touch areas: tap once to play/pause, twice to increase (right earbud) or decrease (left earbud) volume, hold for 2 seconds to skip to next track (right) or previous track (left).

What to do if one earbud doesn't work?

Make sure the earbuds are charged. If the problem persists, reset them by placing them back in the case for a few seconds, then take them out again. Also, ensure Bluetooth on your device is enabled and there is no interference.

How long does the battery last?

The earbuds battery life is about 5 hours at medium volume (70%). The charging case can recharge the earbuds up to 6 times, providing a total battery life of about 30 hours.

How to know when the charging case is low?

When the case battery drops below 5%, the blue LED blinks to indicate it's time to recharge the case.

Can I use only one earbud at a time?

Yes, you can use a single earbud in mono mode. The earbud removed from the case will turn on and connect as a single device.

How to charge the charging case?

Use the provided USB Type-C cable to connect the case to a USB charger (not included). The red LED blinks during charging and turns solid red when fully charged.

Are the earbuds water resistant?

The manual does not mention any waterproof certification. It is recommended to avoid any contact with water or excessive humidity.

How to clean the earbuds?

CHARGE STATUS

First time charging

Before you use these Bluetooth earphones, please charge the battery fully.

Dock charge status

Charging - red charging LED, base flickers every 2 seconds.
Charged - constant red light LED when charged.
Low battery:

When the charging base battery is below 5% the blue LED will flicker, indicating that it needs to be charged.

Earphones charge status

Constant blue light at base -Charging Base light off -Charged

Warning:

1. The battery is recyclable.
2. Do not dispose of the battery in fire, as it may cause explosion.
