Important note! In case of accidental defrosting, e.g. if the power has been switched off for longer than the value indicated in the table of technical characteristics under “Defrosting time”, the defrosted food must be consumed quickly or cooked immediately and then refrozen (after cooking). DEFROSTING Deep-frozen or frozen food can be thawed in the refrigerator compartment or at room temperature before use, depending on how much time is available for this process. Small pieces can even be cooked while still frozen, straight from the freezer. In this case, cooking will take longer.21 ACCESSORIES MOVABLE SHELVES The walls of the refrigerator are equipped with a series of guide rails so you can position the shelves as desired!

  • The maximum amount of food that can be frozen within 24 hours is indicated on the type plate;
  • The freezing process takes 24 hours. No other food should be frozen during this time;
  • Freeze only good quality, fresh and thoroughly cleaned food;
  • Prepare food in small portions so that it can be frozen quickly and completely and so you can later defrost only the amount you need;
  • Wrap the food in aluminium foil or polyethylene and make sure that the food is wrapped airtight;
  • In order to prevent already frozen food from increasing in temperature, make sure it does not come into contact with fresh, non-frozen food;
  • Lean foods can be stored better and longer than those containing fat, and salt reduces the shelf life of foods;
  • Water ice consumed immediately after removal from the freezer may cause cold burns upon contact with the skin;
  • It is recommended to mark the date of freezing on each individual pack in order to prevent unnecessarily removing packs from the freezer compartment, which may possibly cause cold burns to the skin;
  • It is recommended to mark the freezing date on each individual pack so that you can keep track of the storage time.22

HINTS FOR STORING FROZEN FOOD

HINTS FOR REFRIGERATING FRESH FOOD

To achieve the best possible performance, please observe the following recommendations:
