The device serves as a mobile head light § The lamp is not intended for any other applications § Not suitable for household room lighting § The product is not intended for commercial use SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS These operating instructions contain important information for the first use normal operation of the following product: The following text refers to the sensor head lamp simply as the lamp or the product. Read this manual carefully before using the lamp for the first time and proceed accordingly. Keep these operating instructions for future use or for the reference of future users. Failure to follow the operating instructions and safety instructions may result in damage to the product and hazards (injuries) for the operator and other persons. The operating instructions refer to applicable standards and regulations of the Euro- pean Union. Please also adhere to the laws and guidelines specific to your country.
Please take note of the following symbols and words used in the operating inst- ructions, on the product and on the packaging. Information Useful additional information about the product Caution The caution warns you of possible damage of all kinds Warning Attention – Danger! May result in serious injury or death OBSERVE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS! Avoid eye injuries - Never look directly into the beam of light or shine it into other people's faces. If this occurs for too long, the blue light portion of the beam can cause retinal damage. If the light beam shines into the eyes, close the eyes and turn the head away from the light beam. The risk when using it depends on how the user handles the lamp. Exposure Hazard Value (EHV) (1) : 8 Risc group Hazard Distance (HD) (2) 2 0m – 0,47m 1 0,47m – 4,7m Free group > 4,7m (1) This value indicates the factor by which the risk group limit value to the next lowest group has been exceeded. The limit value is 1. (2) Distance from eyes to the lamp at which the respective risk group is applicable. § Do not open or modify the product! Repair work and replacement of the rechargeable battery pack shall only be carried out by the manufacturer or by a service technician appointed by the manufacturer or by a similarly qualified person. § Keep the product and the packaging away from children. This product is not a toy. Chil- dren should be supervised in order to ensure that they do not play with the product. § This product is not to be used by persons (including children) who have restricted physical, sensory or mental capabilities or who do not have adequate experien- ce and knowledge in handling this product. Such persons must be instructed beforehand by a supervisory person who is responsible for their safety or must be supervised during the use of the product! § The LED light source cannot be replaced. When the LED comes to the end of its service life, the complete lamp must be replaced § All illuminated objects must be at least 10cm away from the light! § The lamp may only be used in accordance with the intended use. § This product is not a toy to be played with. § Keep out of the reach of children! § Failure to observe the safety instructions can result in dangerous injuries to per- sons or damage to the device! Disregard can result in burns and fires. § Never open, crush or heat a rechargeable battery or set it on fire. § Do not use the product in potentially explosive areas or in the rain and do not expose it to excessive heat. § Do not use the product if it appears to be damaged FIRST USE The lamp is switched on/off with the on/off switch. Press 1x: LED 30% Press 2x: LED 100% Press 3x: OFF SENSOR FUNCTION The sensor mode is activated by the sensor button. Then the LED can be switched on and off with gesture control (distance ca. 10cm). CHARGING Charge the lamp fully before first use. Likewise, when storing over an extended period of time, charge beforehand and charge at least 2x per year during storage in order to prevent the rechargeable battery pack deep-discharging. To charge the lamp unscrew the sealing cap. Connect the Micro-USB cable with the lamp and then with a USB charger.
LED CHARGE LEVEL INDICATOR
The lamp has a professional LED charge level indicator If the rechargeable battery is charging, the indicator LED illuminates red. If the rechargeable battery is fully charged, the indicator LED illuminates green. Improper usage of the lamp may result in it being damaged § Do not throw or drop § Use only in original condition § Do not use while still in packaging § Turn off after use
The product should not be discarded in the normal household waste under any circumstances. Dispose of the product via an authorised disposal centre or your municipal waste disposal facility. Observe the current applicable regulations. Contact your waste disposal facility in the event of any doubt. Dispose of all pa- ckaging materials via an environmentally friendly disposal facility. Used batteries and rechargeable batteries are special waste and must be disposed of in accor- dance with national regulations and not with the normal household waste.
