How do I install my SIM card in the router?

Insert a Micro SIM card (or a Nano SIM with adapter) into the slot at the back of the device. Make sure you have subscribed to a WCDMA/LTE service.

What should I do if the 3G/4G LEDs do not light up?

If the LEDs do not light up, the router has not automatically detected the APN settings. Log into the interface via 192.168.1.1 and use the setup wizard to manually enter your operator's settings.

How do I access the configuration interface?

Open a web browser and enter 192.168.1.1 in the address bar. Log in with the username admin and password admin.

What are the default credentials?

The default username and password are both admin (lowercase). It is recommended to change them after initial setup.

How do I reset the router to factory settings?

Press and hold the Reset button (located on the back) for about 5 seconds until the LEDs blink. The settings will return to their default values.

How do I connect my computer via Wi-Fi?

Look for the Wi-Fi network whose SSID is shown on the label underneath the router (e.g., ASUS_00). Enter the Wi-Fi key (WiFi Key) on the same label.

What cables and accessories are included?

The box contains: the router, a power adapter (12V/1A), an RJ-45 network cable, two removable LTE antennas, a quick start guide, and a warranty card.

Can I use a Nano SIM card?

Yes, but you must use the supplied Micro SIM adapter. Always insert the Nano SIM card into the adapter before placing it into the router.

What safety precautions should I follow?

Installing your router

1. Prepare the setup requirements.

To set up your wireless network, you need to meet the following requirements:

• A Micro SIM/USIM card with WCDMA and LTE subscription

IMPORTANT! Ensure that your Micro SIM/USIM card is subscribed to WCDMA and LTE services. Contact your mobile service provider about these services.

CAUTION!

• Use only a standard Micro SIM/USIM card on your router.
• Always insert the Micro SIM adapter with Nano SIM card. The Micro SIM adapter might get stuck if it is inserted alone.

• A computer with Ethernet RJ-45 (LAN) port (10Base-T/100Base-TX) or a Wi-Fi-enabled device with a 2.4 GHz 802.11 b/g/n wireless interface
• Web browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, or Google Chrome

2. Set up your LTE wireless router.

1. Insert your Micro SIM card and install the LTE antennas before powering on your router. Connect the network cable from your computer to the yellow Ethernet port on your router.

1. Your router will automatically detect your ISP's settings and APN profile. If the 3G/4G signal LEDs become solid green, you can start surfing the Internet.

1. The 3G/4G signal LEDs will not blink if your router fails to detect your ISP's settings successfully. Please key in the wireless router's default IP address 192.168.1.1/ on your web browser.
