How to use the SYNC function to cook two dishes at the same time?
With the SYNC function, cooking starts separately but finishes at the same time. First add the food with the longest cooking time to basket 1, program it, then set the cooking time for basket 2. Activate the SYNC icon and start. The appliance will alert you when to add the food from basket 2.
Can I use oil or fat in the Aerofryer?
No, the Aerofryer works with hot air. Never use oil or fat in the baskets. This could cause a fire.
What to do if the appliance does not turn on?
Check that the plug is fully inserted into the socket. Try another socket. If the overheat protection has been triggered, unplug, let it cool down and try again. If the problem persists, contact customer service.
How to clean the baskets and trays?
The baskets and crisper trays are dishwasher-safe (top rack). To extend their lifespan, wash them by hand with warm soapy water. Do not use metal utensils or abrasive products.
What is the maximum capacity of a basket?
Never fill a basket more than 2/3 full to ensure even cooking and good air circulation.
Can I cook frozen foods directly?
Yes, you can cook pre-cooked frozen foods. Adjust the cooking time slightly if necessary. Pat dry foods before cooking to avoid excess smoke.
Why are my fries not crispy?
Fresh potatoes contain too much water. Cut them into thinner pieces, dry them on paper towels and add a little cooking oil. You can also increase the temperature or cooking time.
What do error codes E1 and E2 mean?
E1 indicates an open circuit in the thermal sensor, E2 a short circuit in the sensor. Contact customer service for assistance.
