Frequently Asked Questions - Chop & Go CASO

How to use the Chop & Go food processor?
Assemble the device by placing the blades or emulsifying disc in the glass bowl, add food (max 500 g), close the lid and snap on the motor unit. Press the Speed I (slow) or Speed II (fast) button to chop. Release to stop. Use in pulses of 1 minute maximum, with a pause between cycles. After 5 minutes of continuous use, the device stops automatically to prevent overheating.
How to recharge the battery?
Open the charging cover on the motor unit, plug the small end of the included USB-C cable, then connect the large end to a USB power adapter (not included) and plug it into a socket. The indicators flash during charging and stay on once fully charged (about 5 hours). You can also use the device while it is charging.
What foods can I chop with this appliance?
The appliance is designed to chop soft vegetables (onions, garlic) at speed I and hard foods (carrots, meat, nuts) at speed II. It can also blend sauces, pesto, creams and vinaigrettes. Do not crush ice cubes, bones, coffee beans, nutmeg or foods above 75 °C.
How to clean the Chop & Go?
Disconnect the USB cable before cleaning. The glass bowl, blades, emulsifying disc and lid are dishwasher safe or can be washed in warm soapy water. Do not immerse the motor unit; wipe it with a damp cloth. Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling. The blades are very sharp, handle them by the drive shaft.
What to do if the appliance does not start?
Check that the appliance is correctly assembled: the lid must be firmly snapped onto the bowl and the motor unit turned clockwise until it locks. If the battery is empty, recharge it. If the battery indicator flashes, the charge is insufficient. Consult the Troubleshooting section in the manual.
What is the maximum capacity of the bowl?
Do not put more than 500 g of food in the glass container. Overfilling may cause overload, abnormal vibrations or automatic shutdown. If food clumps around the blades, stop the appliance, remove the motor unit and carefully dislodge with the spatula.
Can the appliance crush ice?
No, the appliance is not designed to crush ice cubes or foods of similar hardness (bones, coffee beans, nutmeg). Use it only for soft or hard but non-frozen foods.
How to know if the battery is low?
During use, the three indicators gradually turn off. When the first (lowest) indicator flashes, the capacity is below 20 % and needs recharging. During charging, the indicators flash according to level: below 33 %: all three flash; between 33 and 65 %: one on, two flash; between 66 and 99 %: two on, one flash; above 99 %: all three are steady.
Can I use the appliance continuously for a long time?
No, the appliance is designed for short operation. Run the appliance for a maximum of 1 minute, then let it cool for a few moments. After 5 minutes of cumulative use, it stops automatically to prevent overheating. Let it cool for about 15 minutes before resuming.
What is the warranty of the Chop & Go?
