cannot be trapped when moving. Otherwise there is a risk of strangulation and injury. The output cord cannot be re- placed. If the cord is damaged the product should be scrapped. WARNING! Never immerse the product into water or any liquid. Never touch the product, or the plug-in mains adapter

with wet hands or use it in very humid environments. Only use the provided plug-in mains adapter

Make sure that the details on the rating label are in conformity with your mains voltage. In the event of malfunctions, re- move the plug-in mains adapter

from the mains socket. Do not open the product or at- tempt to repair it yourself. De- fective products should only be repaired by qualified personal. Always remove the plug-in mains adapter

from the mains socket after each use and before clean the product. Keep the USB cable

Keep bat- teries / rechargeable batteries out of reach of children. If accidentally swallowed seek immediate medical attention.

SION! Never recharge non-rechargeable batteries. Do not short-circuit batteries / re- chargeable batteries and / or open them. Overheating, fire or bursting can be the result. Risk of leakage of batter- ies / rechargeable batteries Avoid extreme environmental conditions and temperatures, which could affect batteries / rechargeable batteries, e.g. radiators / direct sunlight. Flush immediately the affected areas with fresh water and seek medical attention! WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES! Leaked or damaged batteries / rechargea- ble batteries can cause burns on contact with the skin. Wear suitable protective gloves at all times if such an event occurs. This product has a built-in rechargeable battery which cannot be replaced by the user. The removal or replacement of the rechargeable battery may only be carried out by the19 GB/IE manufacturer or his customer service or by a similarly qualified person in order to avoid hazards. When disposing of the product, it should be noted that this prod- uct contains a rechargeable battery. Before use Note: Remove all packaging material from the product. Note: The product must be powered using the built-in rechargeable battery. Charging the rechargeable battery Note: Before first use, the rechargeable battery in the product should be charged for approximate 120 minutes. A charging time of approximate 120 minutes is also required subsequently. Note: The product can be charged by using the plug-in mains adapter

only. Note: During charging, the indicator light

lights red and turns off when the product is fully charged. Note: During charging, the product cannot be operated. Note: When the rechargeable battery is almost empty, the massager heads

lights red and flashes for around 15 seconds. To avoid injuries and damage to the product, always switch the product off before charging the battery. Press the ON / OFF button

once and then the green indicator light

of the product (see Fig. B and D). Insert the USB type A plug

(see Fig. C) into a properly installed socket which meets the product requirements (see “Technical data”). The indicator light

shows the status of the rechargeable battery as follows: Battery status Indicator light

Charging Red light flashes. Fully charged Red light keeps on. High battery Green light keeps on Medium battery Yellow light keeps on Low battery Red light flashes for around 15 seconds Operation Never use the product for more than 15 min- utes. A longer massage may lead to tension caused by overstimulation of the muscles. The product switches off automatically after approximate 15 minutes. Cool it down for at least 15 minutes before switching on again to avoid overheating. Never use the product while sleeping or lay- ing down. Extra mechanical load on the neck against the massage heads

may cause in- juries or pain in the neck. Place the massage pillow

around your neck and fasten it using the adjustment strap with snap fasteners

by pressing the ON / OFF button

on the control panel

for approximate 1 second (see Fig. B). The indicator light

turns on and lights green constantly. The massage heads

rotates in a clockwise direction. Press the clockwise / anti-clockwise rotation button

on the control panel

(see Fig. B). The speed of rotation of the massage heads

can be adjusted in two levels. Switch off the product Press the ON / OFF button

on the control panel

to switch off the product (see Fig. B). The green indicator light

turns off and the massage heads

stop rotating. The product switches off automatically after approximate 15 minutes. Cool it down for at least 15 minutes before switching on again to avoid overheating. The indicator light

Do not use abrasive, aggressive or chemical cleaning agents to clean the massage pillow

Use a damp lint-free cloth to clean the product. Use a little mild detergent on the cloth if necessary. Storage Let the massage pillow

completely cool down before storage. Do not place other objects on top of the massage pillow

If the product is not used for a certain period of time, store the product in a clean and dry location. Troubleshooting Error Cause Solution The product does not work. The battery may not be charged. Charge the battery (see chapter “Charging the rechargeable battery”). The product switches off during use. The product switches off automat- ically after approximate 15 min- utes to avoid overheating. Let the product cool down for at least 15 minutes before switching it on again. The massage heads

rotates slowly. The mechanical load on the massage heads

is too high. Do not press the neck against the massage heads

too hard.21 GB/IE Error Cause Solution The product cannot be switched on by pressing the ON / OFF button

is not pressed long enough. Press the ON / OFF button

for approximate 1 second. The product cannot be charged. The battery level is sufficient and thus no charging is required. Charge the product only when the battery level is medium or low. Disposal The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.

Observe the marking of the packaging materials for waste separation, which are marked with abbreviations (a) and numbers (b) with following meaning: 1–7: plastics / 20–22: paper and fibre- board / 80–98: composite materials. The product and packaging materials are recyclable, dispose of it separately for better waste treatment. The Triman logo is valid in France only. Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your worn-out product. To help protect the environment, please dispose of the product properly when it has reached the end of its useful life and not in the household waste. Infor- mation on collection points and their opening hours can be obtained from your local authority. Faulty or used batteries / rechargeable batteries must be recycled in accordance with Directive 2006/66/EC and its amendments. Please return the batteries / rechargeable batteries and / or the product to the available collection points. Environmental damage through incorrect disposal of the batter- ies / rechargeable batteries! Batteries / rechargeable batteries may not be dis- posed of with the usual domestic waste. They may contain toxic heavy metals and are subject to haz- ardous waste treatment rules and regulations. The chemical symbols for heavy metals are as follows: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead. That is why you should dispose of used batteries / re- chargeable batteries at a local collection point. This disposal is free of charge to you. Protect the environment and dispose of properly. The product is recyclable, subject to extended man- ufacturer responsibility, and collected separately. The built-in rechargeable battery cannot be re- moved for disposal. Return the product completely to a collection site for used electronics. Warranty The product has been manufactured to strict qua- lity guidelines and meticulously examined before delivery. In the event of product defects you have legal rights against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights are not limited in any way by our war- ranty detailed below. The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please keep the original sales receipt in a safe location. This document is required as your proof of purchase.22 GB/IE Should this product show any fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years from the date of pur- chase, we will repair or replace it – at our choice – free of charge to you. This warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged, or used or maintained improperly. The warranty applies to defects in material or ma- nufacture.
