This product can be used by children aged from 14 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the product. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 14 and supervised.
WARNING! Strangulation hazard. The product contains adjustment strap with snap fasteners 3 that is placed around the neck. Make sure that the adjustment strap with snap fasteners cannot be trapped when moving. Otherwise there is a risk of strangulation and injury.
The output cord cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged the product should be scrapped.
WARNING! Avoid the hazard of life by electric shock!
WARNING! For the purposes of recharging the battery, only use the detachable supply unit provided with this product.
- Do not insert needles or pointed objects into the massage pillow 1.
- Never immerse the product into water or any liquid.
- Never touch the product, or the plug-in mains adapter with wet hands or use it in very humid environments.
Only use the provided plug-in mains adapter 11.
Make sure that the details on the rating label are in conformity with your mains voltage.
In the event of malfunctions, remove the plug-in mains adapter from the mains socket.
- Do not open the product or attempt to repair it yourself. Defective products should only be repaired by qualified personal.
Always remove the plug-in mains adapter 11 from the mains socket after each use and before clean the product.
- Keep the USB cable away from hot surfaces, sharp edges and mechanical forces.
- Allow the product to cool down before moving it to a different location.
WARNING! HAZARD OF FIRE!
Do not operate the product close to or below curtains, wall cupboards or other inflammable materials.
- Do not use the product on swollen, burnt, inflamed, diseased or injured regions of the skin and body areas. If in doubt, obtain medical advice before using the product.
Never use the product if you have injuries on neck or neck pain.

DANGER TO LIFE! Keep batteries/rechargeable batteries out of reach of children. If accidentally swallowed seek immediate medical attention.
DANGER OF EXPLOSION! Never recharge
non-rechargeable batteries. Do not short-circuit batteries / rechargeable batteries and/or
open them. Overheating, fire or bursting can be the result.
Neverthrow batteries/rechargeable batteries into fire or water.
Do not exert mechanical loads to batteries/rechargeable batteries.
Risk of leakage of batteries/rechargeable batteries
Avoid extreme environmental conditions and temperatures, which could affect batteries / rechargeable batteries, e.g. radiators / direct sunlight.
If batteries / rechargeable batteries have leaked, avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes with the chemicals! Flush immediately the affected areas with fresh water and seek medical attention!
NEAR PROTECTIVE
GLOVES! Leaked or
damaged batteries / rechargeable batteries can cause burns on contact with the skin. Wear suitable protective gloves at all times if such an event occurs.
This product has a built-in rechargeable battery which cannot be replaced by the user. The removal or replacement of the rechargeable battery may only be carried out by the
manufacturer or his customer service or by a similarly qualified person in order to avoid hazards. When disposing of the product, it should be noted that this product contains a rechargeable battery.
Before use
Note: Remove all packaging material from the product.
Note: The product must be powered using the built-in rechargeable battery.
- Charging the rechargeable battery
Note: Before first use, the rechargeable battery in the product should be charged for approximate 120 minutes. A charging time of approximate 120 minutes is also required subsequently.
Note: The product can be charged by using the plug-in mains adapter 11 and the USB cable 13 only.
Note: During charging, the indicator light 7 lights red and turns off when the product is fully charged.
Note: During charging, the product cannot be operated.
Note: When the rechargeable battery is almost empty, the massager heads 2 do not rotate and the indicator light 7 lights red and flashes for around 15 seconds.
To avoid injuries and damage to the product, always switch the product off before charging the battery. Press the ON/OFF button once and then the green indicator light turns off (see Fig.B).
Insert the micro-USB plug of the USB cable 13 into the socket 4 of the product (see Fig. B and D).
Insert the USB type A plug of the USB cable into the USB port of the plug-in mains adapter (see Fig. C and D).
Insert the plug-in mains adapter (see Fig. C) into a properly installed socket which meets the product requirements (see "Technical data").
The indicator light shows the status of the rechargeable battery as follows:

Operation
Never use the product for more than 15 minutes. A longer massage may lead to tension caused by overstimulation of the muscles.
The product switches off automatically after approximate 15 minutes. Cool it down for at least 15 minutes before switching on again to avoid overheating.
Never use the product while sleeping or laying down. Extra mechanical load on the neck against the massage heads 2 may cause injuries or pain in the neck.
Place the massage pillow around your neck and fasten it using the adjustment strap with snap fasteners 3 (see Fig. A).
Switch on the massage pill by pressing the ON/OFF button 8 on the control panel 5 for approximate 1 second (see Fig. B). The indicator light 7 turns on and lights green constantly. The massage heads 2 rotates in a clockwise direction.
Press the clockwise / anti-clockwise rotation button 6 on the control panel 5 to reverse
the direction of rotation of the massage heads 2 (see Fig. B). The massage heads 2 now turn anti-clockwise.
Press the low / high rotation speed button on the control panel 5 to increase the rotation speed of the massage heads 2 (see Fig. B). The speed of rotation of the massage heads 2 can be adjusted in two levels.
- Switch off the product
Press the ON/OFF button on the control panel 5 to switch off the product (see Fig. B). The green indicator light 7 turns off and the massage heads 2 stop rotating. The product switches off automatically after approximate 15 minutes.
Cool it down for at least 15 minutes before switching on again to avoid overheating.
The indicator light shows the operating status of the product as follows:

- Cleaning and care

Disconnect the plug-in mains adapter 11 from the mains socket and unplug the micro-USB plug 14 from the socket 4 before cleaning.
A W e a r n i n g 1 use the product, or plug-in mains adapter 11 into water.
Ensure the massage pillow 1 is completely dry before connecting the plug-in mains adapter 11.
- Do not use abrasive, aggressive or chemical cleaning agents to clean the massage pillow.
1. It could damage the product.
Never allow any liquid to enter the massage pillow 1.
Use a damp lint-free cloth to clean the product. Use a little mild detergent on the cloth if necessary.
Storage
Let the massage pill completely cool down before storage.
Do not place other objects on top of the massage pillow 1.
If the product is not used for a certain period of time, store the product in a clean and dry location.

Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.
Observe the marking of the packaging materials for waste separation, which are marked with abbreviations (a) and numbers (b) with following meaning: 1-7: plastics / 20-22: paper and fibreboard / 80-98: composite materials.
The product and packaging materials are recyclable, dispose of it separately for better waste treatment. The Triman logo is valid in France only.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your worn-out product.
To help protect the environment, please dispose of the product properly when it has reached the end of its useful life and not in the household waste. Information on collection points and their opening hours can be obtained from your local authority.
Faulty or used batteries / rechargeable batteries must be recycled in accordance with Directive 2006/66/EC and its amendments. Please return the batteries / rechargeable batteries and/or the product to the available collection points.
Environmental damage through incorrect disposal of the batteries/ rechargeable batteries!
Batteries / rechargeable batteries may not be disposed of with the usual domestic waste. They may contain toxic heavy metals and are subject to hazardous waste treatment rules and regulations. The chemical symbols for heavy metals are as follows: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead. That is why you should dispose of used batteries / rechargeable batteries at a local collection point.
This disposal is free of charge to you.
Protect the environment and dispose of properly.
The product is recyclable, subject to extended manufacturer responsibility, and collected separately.
The built-in rechargeable battery cannot be removed for disposal. Return the product completely to a collection site for used electronics.
Warranty
The product has been manufactured to strict quality guidelines and meticulously examined before delivery. In the event of product defects you have legal rights against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights are not limited in any way by our warranty detailed below.
The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please keep the original sales receipt in a safe location. This document is required as your proof of purchase.
Should this product show any fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it - at our choice - free of charge to you. This warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged, or used or maintained improperly.
The warranty applies to defects in material or manufacture. This warranty does not cover product parts subject to normal wear, thus possibly considered consumables (e.g. batteries) or for damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches, rechargeable batteries or glass parts.
