Before first use
- Charge the battery as described in the section Charging the integrated battery.
Charging the integrated battery
Only charge the appliance indoors in dry locations away from water. For example, do not charge the appliance next to or above a sink filled with water.
NOTE
The USB charging cable ⑨ and connection socket ⑦ are used only to charge the integrated battery. They are not suitable for data transmission. Only charge the appliance with a USB power adapter with protection class II that is approved for use with household appliances and has an output voltage of 5 V== and an output current of max. 2 A. Use only the supplied USB charging cable ⑨ to charge the integrated battery. Disconnect the USB charging cable ⑨ from the appliance when charging is complete. The operating time with a fully charged battery is about 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on the selected intensity level. CH lights up in the display ② during charging. The appliance cannot be used during charging.
1) Make sure that the appliance is switched off. 2) Insert the USB plug ⑧ into the USB connection socket ⑦ on the underside of the handle ⑤. 3) Connect the USB charging cable ⑨ to a suitable mains adapter and plug the mains adapter into a mains socket.
When the ring display ⑥ lights up green, the appliance is fully charged.
The ring display ⑥ has the following meanings:
| Ring display 6 Meaning | |
| Lights up red Low battery | |
| Flashes green Appliance is charging | |
| Lights up green | During charging: battery fully chargedDuring operation: battery level sufficient |
4) Disconnect the appliance from the power supply and unplug the USB charging cable ⑨ from the appliance.
The battery can be recharged at any time and at any battery level.
Each of the 4 LEDs of the battery level indicator ④ indicates 25% of a full battery charge.
- If, for example, 3 of 4 LEDs light up, this means that the battery is still 75% charged.
- If only 1 LED is still on, the battery has only 25% capacity. If the battery charge drops below 5%, the last LED starts flashing. Charge the appliance immediately to avoid damage to the battery.
- When the appliance is charging, the respective LED flashes until the corresponding battery charge is reached. After that, it lights up continuously. When the battery is fully charged, all 4 LEDs light up continuously.
Using the appliance
You can use this appliance to give yourself or others a soothing and effective trigger point massage. Trigger point massages can relax or stimulate the muscles to relieve tension, pain and fatigue. The massage gun provides a powerful, intensive massage for the thighs, calves, shoulders, arms and the back region (excluding the spine).
Depending on the extent of the tension in the part of the body to be treated, a maximum treatment time of approx. 15 minutes is recommended.
A massage should always feel pleasant. A slight reddening of the treated areas and even slight bruising are a normal side effect, as the massage specifically promotes blood circulation. However, if you experience excessive skin reactions, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
Selecting/fitting attachments
