Using the appliance
The appliance allows you to massage your shoulders, neck, back and legs to relax them and take stiffness away. You can also activate the heat function for a more enhanced effect. Depending on the extent of the tension in the part of the body to be treated, a maximum treatment time of about 15 minutes is recommended. The appliance has an automatic switch-off function, which switches the appliance off automatically after approx. 15 minutes.
To begin with, only press the part of the body you want to massage lightly against the appliance. Then check whether the massage position is comfortable for you. After this, gradually shift your body weight towards the appliance and increase the contact pressure.
A massage should always feel pleasant. A slight reddening of the treated areas and even slight bruising are normal side effects, as the massage specifically promotes blood circulation. However, if you experience excessive skin reactions, discontinue use and consult a doctor. If you find the massage painful or unpleasant, change your position or the contact pressure or stop the treatment.
