OVEN MODE SELECTION KNOB

The appropriate icons on the knob (2c) signal the selection of the heat and air flow. Remember, however, to declare the time and temperature beforehand since selecting only the oven mode will not start the process of baking. Thanks to air circulation the heat is equally distributed in the oven.

Baking only with the bottom heat with the air flow function. This option can be applied to baking a pizza or dishes which require browning at the bottom.

Baking only with the top heat with the air flow function. Can be applied when the priority is baking of the top part of the dish.
