USE
- This product may be used for children in the ECE group 1/2/3. Weight range: 9-36 kg. Age range: \~ 9 months-12 years.
- Group 1 is for children who weigh 9-18 kg. The baby car seat is forward-facing and is secured in the car using a 3-point seatbelt or with Isofix & Top-Tether. Rear-facing use from 9 to 18 kg is also permitted using Isofix and Top-Tether. The child is belted in using the 5-point seatbelt on the baby car seat.
- Groups 2 and 3 are for children who weigh 15-36 kg. The 5-point seatbelt system on the child car seat is removed. The child car seat faces forwards and is secured in the car using Isofix connectors. The child is belted in using the car's 3-point seatbelt. Alternatively, the child car seat may be secured directly using the car's 3-point seatbelt without Isofix connectors.
- We recommend installing the car seat on the rear seat of the vehicle. Do NOT secure the child car seat on the front seat, where there is an airbag, for rear-facing use in ECE group 0+. It may be used on the front seat if the airbag can be deactivated. Consult the vehicle manual for information on this.
- The child car seat is only suitable for vehicles that feature both Isofix connectors and 3-point safety belts in accordance with ECE R16 or other equivalent standards.
The following table provides information about the fastening devices and methods:
| ECE group | Installation direction | Installation method Type | Isofix size | |
| 1 Rearward Isofix + Top-Tether | Semi-universal | D | ||
| 1 Forwards Isofix + Top-Tether | Isofix universal | B1 | ||

WARNING
- This car seat is a “universal” child restraining device. It was approved in accordance with Regulation No. 44/04 and is suitable for general use in vehicles and is compatible with the majority of vehicle seats (with some exceptions).
- It is more likely that the seat is optimally compatible if the vehicle manufacturer states that its vehicles are suitable for use with “universal” child restraining devices.
- This restraining device is classified as “universal” in accordance with the strictest approval criteria, whilst earlier models do not comply with these new provisions.
-
They can only be adjusted in vehicles with 3-point safety belts that are either mounted in a fixed position or have a roller mechanism and that are approved according to UN/ECE No. 16 or other equivalent standards.
-
This is a "SEMI-UNIVERSAL CHILD RESTRAINING DEVICE". It complies with UN Reg. No. 44/04 and may only be used in vehicles that appear in the attached list of permissible vehicles.
- It is only suitable for vehicles with fixed 3-point safety belts or 3-point safety belts with seat-belt retractor, which correspond to the UN/ECE Regulation No. 16 (or an equivalent standard).
Note on the ISOFIX child restraining device (group 1)
- This is an ISOFIX CHILD RESTRAINING DEVICE. It has been approved in accordance with Regulation No. 44/04 in its respective valid version for general use in vehicles that feature ISOFIX anchoring systems.
- It fits in vehicles in positions that are approved as ISOFIX positions (as described in the vehicle handbook); this depends on the category of the child seat, as well as the type of fastening.
- The weight classes and ISOFIX size classes for which this device is intended are: Group 1, D & B1.
If you have any doubts, please contact the car seat manufacturer or the retailer.
EN
WARNING
- Please read through these instructions carefully before use and keep them for subsequent reference in order to guarantee the safety of your child. Non-compliance with the instructions in this manual can result in serious injuries to your child.
- The child seat can only be used with its own 5-point belt system for children who weigh under 18 kg (group 1).
- The child seat CANNOT be used with its own 5-point belt system for children who weigh over 18 kg (group 2/3).
- The child seat can be installed with the Isofix fixation for both forward-facing and rear-facing positions. Important: Do not install facing forwards until the child's weight is at least 9 kg.
- For the Isofix installation: Please be sure to read the manual from the car manufacturer.
- Do not use any supporting contact points other than those that are described in the instructions and are marked on the child restraint system.
- Do not use this child seat at home. It has not been designed for use at home and should therefore only be used in your car.
- Do not leave your child unsupervised on the seat at any time.
- Do not place the rear-facing child seat on the front seat with an airbag. This may lead to death or serious injuries.
• The child seat should be replaced if it was exposed to heavy impact during an accident. - For safety reasons, the child seat must also be affixed in the vehicle when your child is not sitting in the child seat.
- Always make sure that all belts that hold the seat holder to the vehicle are secure and that all belts that restrain the child are adjusted to the child's body. Please also ensure that the belts are not twisted.
- Items of luggage or other objects that could cause injury in the event of a collision must be properly secured.
- The rigid items and plastic parts of a child restraint system must be placed and installed so that they cannot get caught by a movable seat or a vehicle door during everyday use.
- It is important that low-lying belts hold the pelvis firmly in place. Your child should always be strapped in to avoid the risk of falling.
- It is dangerous to make changes or additions to the device without the approval from the authority responsible. Non-compliance with the installation instructions of the manufacturer of the child restraint system also harbours risks.
- This child seat was designed for newborns and children weighing up to 36 kg. Never overload the child seat by transporting more than one child or additional loads in it.
- The child restraint system must not be used without the seat cover.
- The seat cover must not be replaced by a cover other than that recommended by the manufacturer as the seat cover is an important component of the restraint performance.
