How to adjust the temperature of the kettle?

Briefly press the setting (4) button to scroll through preset temperatures (40, 70, 80, 90, 100 °C). The kettle heats automatically to the displayed temperature.

What to do if the kettle does not turn on?

Check that the kettle is properly plugged in and that the outlet works. Make sure the safety cut-out has not tripped (if the water was insufficient). Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes, then try again.

How to clean the inside of the kettle?

Use a soft damp cloth or a soft brush to remove residues. Never use abrasive products. Rinse several times with cold water after descaling.

How to descale the kettle?

Mix one volume of white vinegar for three volumes of water. Boil the solution, let it sit for a few hours, then rinse thoroughly. Descaling is recommended every 3 to 6 months depending on water hardness.

What does the flashing icon or indicator mean?

The heating indicator (2) stays on continuously during heating. The keep warm indicator (3) flashes or lights up depending on the mode. In case of malfunction, consult the manual.

Why does the kettle stop before the water boils?

This may be due to a lack of descaling or a set temperature below 100 °C. If the cut-out trips, it means the water quantity is insufficient.

Can I use mineral or filtered water?

Yes, you can use tap, mineral, or filtered water. However, very hard water requires more frequent descaling.

How to activate the keep warm function?
