How to use the kettle for the first time?

Before first use, fill the kettle with clean water to its maximum capacity, boil the water, then empty it. Repeat this operation a second time. The kettle is then ready for use.

How to adjust the heating temperature?

Press the + and - keys to select the desired temperature in 5°C increments, from 40°C to 100°C. The kettle heats the water to the chosen temperature.

How to activate the keep warm function?

After setting the heating temperature, press the keep warm button. The button flashes to indicate the function is active. It maintains the temperature for 2 hours.

What to do if the kettle does not turn on?

Check that the kettle is properly placed on the base and the power cord is plugged in. Make sure the ambient temperature is above 0°C. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

How to clean the kettle?

Unplug and let cool. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth, the interior with a soft brush. Never use abrasive products and never immerse the kettle or its base. Dishwasher is not allowed.

How to descale the kettle?

Mix one part white vinegar with three parts water, pour into the kettle, boil, let sit for a few minutes, then rinse several times with cold water. Perform this operation every 3 to 6 months depending on water hardness.

Why does the kettle turn off before the water boils?
