- The kettle is only to be used with the stand provided.
- Always set any control to "off" before unplugging from the socket.
- Make sure the ambient temperature is above 0^ C, otherwise the appliance does not function properly.
- Always descale the appliance regularly to ensure optimum performance and prevent malfunction.
- Make sure that the appliance completely cooled down before cleaning.
- This kind of appliance cannot worked continuously, it is not a professional type of
appliance. It is necessary to make temporary stops.
- It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all times as it comes into direct contact with food.
- Regarding the instruction for cleaning surfaces in contact with food thanks to refer to the below paragraph "cleaning" in manual.
- Make sure the appliance is unplugged before inserting, removing or cleaning.
- The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of external timer or separate remote control system.

Warning:

The water level must be between the MAX. and MIN. marks.

Before first use
Clean the outside with a damp cloth and wipe dry. Boil water and then empty the kettle into a sink.
Use of the device
Plug the appliance into an electrical outlet. Fill the water reservoir as desired (never exceed the maximum level "MAX" inside the kettle). Place the kettle on the previously plugged-in base. Push the switch down. The indicator light will turn on, and the water will begin to heat. When it reaches a boil, the appliance will automatically turn off. Remove the kettle from its base and serve.
Cleaning and maintenance
Make sure the appliance is unplugged from the supply socket and fully cooled down before cleaning. To clean the exterior surfaces, slightly wipe over with a soft damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
Note: Never use abrasive product. Never immerse the jug kettle or its base in water. Dish washer forbidden.
The appliance has to be descaled regularly to ensure optimum performance. The frequency depends on the water hardness and the boiling frequency.
If you begin to notice the increase of the noise during boiling, or if the kettle switches off before water being boiled, this indicates that descaling is necessary.
Generally, the descaling should be done in the following periodicity:
With soft water, at least once every 6 months.
With hard water, at least once every 3 months.
You can use descaling agent (In this case read carefully the instructions supplied with the product) or vinegar (0,5 liters of white vinegar 8% to a kettle).
After the descaling, rinse the inner of the kettle thoroughly with clean water.
