SAFETYINSTRUCTIONS

COMMISSIONING AND OPERATION
First use
- Carefully remove the device from the packaging. Keep the carton for later storage of the device.
- Make sure that the power switch (21) is in the "0" position before plugging in the device.
- Make sure that the device is installed in accordance with the operating instructions.
- Do not use the same socket for several high-power electrical appliances to avoid overloading the circuit.
Switch on
- As soon as the power plug of the device is plugged into the socket, the red/blue power indicator (1) lights up.
- When you press the on/off button (20), a short beep is heard and the unit is switched on.
- The following settings are displayed on the screen: The day display (18) shows the current day of the week (the default setting is MON), the hour display (17) shows the hours, the minute display (16) shows the minutes and the temperature display (15) shows the current room temperature (the default degree display is ^ C ). When the automatic mode (A) is activated (alarm settings, preset automatic mode), the default setting is 35^ C . If the unit suddenly switches off during use and then switches on again, the last set operating mode is continued.
Setting the time and date
- Press the OK (12) and SET (13) buttons simultaneously for five seconds when switching on The day of the week indicator (18) flashes.
- Press the Increase (10) and Decrease (11) buttons to select the date Confirm the entered date by pressing the SET (13) button. The day of the week display (18) stops flashing.
- The hour display (17) now starts to flash. Press the Increase (10) or Decrease (11) button to select the hour.
- After pressing the SET button (13), the minute display (16) flashes on the screen and the minutes can be set.
- Save your settings by pressing the OK button (12) and exit the settings menu.
Temperature adjustment
- The temperature setting is identical in automatic and manual mode. The default temperature unit is ^ C .
- Once the unit is switched on, you can use the Increase (10) and Decrease (11) buttons to set the temperature as soon as the temperature display (15) flashes on the screen.
- If no button is pressed within 10 seconds of the setting being completed, the unit automatically saves the settings and exits the menu.
Manual timer setting
- Press the Auto/Manual button (19) to select manual mode In manual mode (7), "M" is displayed on the screen.
- Press the SET button (13) to set the stop time of the unit Select the time using the Increase (10) and Decrease (11) buttons (if the set time is earlier than the current time, the unit will not turn off at this time until the next day).
- Press the SET button (13) to set the minute at which the machine should stop (if the set time is earlier than the current time, the machine will not be turned off until the next day at that time).
- Press the OK button (12) to save and exit the menu. The machine will then be switched off at the time you set.
Automatic timer setting
- Press the Auto/Manual button (19) to select the automatic mode In automatic mode (8), "A" is displayed on the screen.
- Press the SET button (13) to set the operating time of the timer
- Press the Increase (10) or Decrease (11) button to select the day of the week.
- Press the SET button (13) again to set the first operating timer of the day.
- Press the Increase (10) or Decrease (11) button to set the start time of the heating.
- Press the SET button (13) again and select the heating stop time with the Increase (10) or Decrease (11) buttons.
- Press the SET button (13) again to confirm the first heating period The stop time is shown in the day of the week display (18).
- Repeat the above steps for the other weekdays (if the set start time corresponds to the set stop time, the setting is cancelled).
On/Off
- Press the on/off button (20) to switch the unit on or off. If you turn the unit off while it is in automatic mode, the unit will run according to the default settings.
- If you want the unit to remain off for a long period of time, you must first set the unit to manual mode and then turn it off. If the appliance is outside the operating time you have set, the appliance will be turned off within one second after pressing the power button (20).
Setting the heating power
- Press the heat output button (2) to set the heat output to low or high.
- When the heat output is high, "HI" (5) is displayed on the screen and when the heat output is low, "LO" (4) is displayed on the screen.
Manual mode and automatic mode
- Push the change button (19) to switch between manual and automatic mode.
In manual mode, the screen displays M'' (7). - In automatic mode, the screen displays "A" (8).
Reminder function
- Press the on/off button (20) to switch the unit off and on. The last set temperature is reset when the appliance is switched on again.
- Both the manual and automatic modes have the reminder function.
- If the appliance is unexpectedly switched off or there is a power failure, only the power indicator (1) will light up when the power is switched on again and the appliance will remain switched off.
- Press the power button to turn the power back on. The appliance automatically restores the last mode set.
Delete
- Press the OK button (12) for 5 seconds. When a beep is heard, all the timer settings you have made have been cleared.
Open remote display
- As soon as the device detects an open window, it stops heating.
Deactivating the Open Window Display
- Press the on/off button (20) twice to switch the unit off/on. The "WO" indicator light is deactivated in the open window display (6). The unit is in normal operating mode.
Signal tone
Each time you press a button, an acoustic signal is heard. If you press a button continuously, the sound is heard only once.
Parental Lock
- When the unit is switched on, press the Increase (10) and Decrease (11) buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The appliance is now locked. The temperature display first shows [ ] and changes automatically after 5 seconds to show the room temperature.
- If any entry is made, . ^ ^ . is displayed for five seconds,an acoustic signal sounds and the room temperature is displayed again.
Deactivating the child lock
- Switch off the unit with the on/off button (20).
- The unit is now in standby mode.
- Press the Increase (10) and Decrease (11) buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The child lock is now deactivated and all buttons can be used again.
CLEANING AND CARE
- Turn off the appliance and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet before cleaning the appliance.
- Make sure that the product has cooled down completely before adjustment.
- Wipe the surface of the unit with a damp (not wet) cloth to remove dust and dirt.
- Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and lint from the ventilation grilles.
- Make sure that the unit is completely dry before plugging the power plug back into the power outlet.
Storage
Store the device preferably in its original packaging in a dry and cool place.
