How to insert staples or nails into the stapler?
Press the magazine pusher (4) with thumb and index finger, pull it backward. Fill the magazine with staples or nails, ensuring nails are placed on the left inner side. Then push the pusher until it clicks into place.

Use the stapling power regulator (3) on the device. Set it to the desired intensity according to the length of staples/nails and material resistance. Test on a scrap piece to find the optimal setting.

3. Proper use

The electric stapler is designed for stapling and fastening textiles, leather and wood with the appropriate staples and nails. The electric stapler is designed for temporary operation. It becomes hot if operated continuously. The increasing heat will reduce its performance. When hot, interrupt your work and allow the stapler to cool.

The equipment is to be used only for its prescribed purpose. Any other use is deemed to be a case of misuse. The user / operator and not the manufacturer will be liable for any damage or injuries of any kind caused as a result of this.

Please note that our equipment has not been designed for use in commercial, trade or industrial applications. Our warranty will be voided if the machine is used in commercial, trade or industrial businesses or for equivalent purposes.

5. Before starting the equipment

Before you connect the equipment to the mains supply make sure that the data on the rating plate are identical to the mains data.

Warning!

Always pull the power plug before making adjustments to the equipment.

5.1 Inserting the staples and nails (Fig. 2-4)

  • Press the magazine slide (4) together using your thumb and index finger.
    Always pull out the magazine slide towards the rear. (See Fig. 2)
  • Fill the magazine with staples or nails as shown in Fig. 3 and 4. With the nails, make sure that these rest against the left inner side (5) of the magazine.
  • Then push the magazine slide back in until it snaps noticeably into place.

Important!

It must be possible to move the magazine slide without applying much force. Watch out for jammed staples and nails.

5.2 Filling level indicator (Fig. 1)

The filling level indicator (6) shows you if there are still enough staples or nails in the magazine (5). If necessary, refill the magazine (5) as described above. Avoid operating the trigger (1) if there are no staples or nails in the magazine (5).

6. Operation

Important!

Before starting your work, always check the fi lling level indicator (6) to see if the magazine (5) contains staples or nails and is properly closed with the magazine slide (4).

6.1 Triggering shots (Fig. 1)

The built-in trigger locks prevent the electric stapler from being triggered accidentally.

Triggering is only possible as follows:

  • Push the trigger catch (2) into the "l" position.
  • Press the head of the electric stapler (7) against the material and operate the trigger (1).

If the electric stapler is no longer in operation - even for short periods - push the trigger catch (2) into the "0" position to prevent unintentional operation.

6.2 Setting the stapling force (Fig. 1)

You can pre-select the stapling force of the electric stapler to suit the length of the staples or nails used and the strength of the material. To do so, set the stapling force control (3) to the desired force. The ideal stapling force is best determined by carrying out a trial on a test piece.

7. Replacing the power cable

Danger!

If the power cable for this equipment is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its after-sales service or similarly trained personnel to avoid danger.

8. Cleaning, maintenance and ordering of spare parts

Danger!

Always pull out the mains power plug before starting any cleaning work.

8.1 Cleaning

  • Keep all safety devices, air vents and the motor housing free of dirt and dust as far as possible. Wipe the equipment with a clean cloth or blow it with compressed air at low pressure.
    We recommend that you clean the device immediately each time you have finished using it.
    Clean the equipment regularly with a moist cloth and some soft soap. Do not use cleaning agents or solvents; these could attack the plastic parts of the equipment. Ensure that no water can seep into the device. The ingress of water into an electric tool increases the risk of an electric shock.

8.2 Carbon brushes

In case of excessive sparking, have the carbon brushes checked only by a qualifi ed electrician. Danger! The carbon brushes should not be replaced by anyone but a qualifi ed electrician.

8.3 Maintenance

There is a risk of staples becoming jammed particularly when the electric stapler is held at any angle when operated.

Danger! Always pull the plug out of the power socket before doing any work on the electric stapler!

Removing jammed staples

Pull the magazine slide (4) to the rear as far as the stop (Fig. 2/3). Carefully remove the jammed staples with a pair of pliers. Push the magazine slide (4) back in until it stops and snaps noticeably into place.

There are no other parts inside the equipment which require maintenance.

9. Disposal and recycling

The equipment is supplied in packaging to prevent it from being damaged in transit. The raw materials in this packaging can be reused or recycled. The equipment and its accessories are made of various types of material, such as metal and plastic. Never place defective equipment in your household refuse. The equipment should be taken to a suitable collection center for proper disposal. If you do not know the whereabouts of such a collection point, you should ask in your local council offices.

10. Storage

Store the equipment and accessories in a dark and dry place at above freezing temperature. The ideal storage temperature is between 5 and 30 ^ C . Store the electric tool in its original packaging.

Palcem i kaziprstom stisnitezasun spremnika (4).
Izvucitezasun spremnika prema nazad (vidisliku 2).
- Napunite pretinac spremnika spajalicama ili ekserima kao sto je prikazano na slici 3 i 4. Kod punjenja eksera pripazite da oni nalegnu na levu unutrasnju stranu spremnika (5).
Zatim ponovo umetnitezasun spremnika takoda se osetno utvrdi.

Napomena!

Zasun spremnika mora se pomerati bez primene velike sile. Pripazite na zaglavljene spajalice i eksere.

5.2 Indikator napunjenosti (sl. 1)

Pomócu indicatora napunjenosti (6) možete videti da li uspremniku (5) ima još dovoljno spajalica ili eksera. To potrebí napunite presmnik je ste je pre opisano. Izbegavate pritiskanje okidača (1) kada nema spajalica ili eksera u presmniku (5).

Napomena!

Pre početka svakog rada proverite pomocu indicatora napunjenosti (6) da li u spremniku (5) imaspajalice ili eksera i da li jezasun spremnika (4) pravilno zatvoren.

6.1 Okidanje (sl. 1)

Ugradeni osiguraci sprečavaju nenamerno okidanje elektrichnog pistolja za zakucavanje.

Stoga okidanje moze da se vrsi samo na sledeci nacin:

Pomerite blokadu okidanja (2) u połozaj, l.
- Pritisnite vrh (7) elektrichnog pistolja za zaku-cavanje na materijal i pritisnite okidač (1).

Ako višne necete da koristite elektrčni pištolj, Čak i na krace vreme, pomerite blokadu okidača (2) u položaj „0" kako biste sprečili nenamerno okidanje.

6.2 Podesavanje udarnseile (sl.1)

Na elektrichnom pistolj za zakucavanje spajalica postoji mogucnost izbora udarne sile, zavisno od duzine korišenih spajalica ili eksera, kao i Čvrstoce materijala. Podesite regulator udarne sile (3) na Željenu jacinu. Idealnu jacinu udarne sile saznacete tako da isprobate zakucavanje spajalica na probni komad.
