Specific safety instructions for mounted towel dryers

WARNING! To avoid putting very young children at risk, it is recommended to install this product in such a way that the lowest heated bar is at least 60 cm above ground level. "The lowest heated bar" is to be understood as "the top of the lowest bar that children can grab".
The product must also be installed in a way that prevents anyone in the bath or shower from being able to touch the switch.

Supplementary safety instructions

Do not use the product if the power cord or power plug is damaged. Before you continue to use the product, ensure that a new power cord is installed by an authorised specialist.

  • Attach the feet 6 to the underside of the towel holder 1 with 2 screws (M4 x 14 mm, blunt) 10 each.

DANGER! Risk of fatal injury! Avoid hitting electricity, gas or water pipes when drilling into the wall. If necessary, check with a cable detector before drilling into a wall.

Mark the position of the drill holes on the wall (see above illustration).
Drill 4 holes ( 6mm) into the wall.
Insert the dowels into the drill holes.
Turn 1 screw (M4 x 27 mm, pointy) into each dowel. Let the screw head protrude approx. 5 mm from the wall.
- Attach 2 wall brackets 8 to the top of the towel holder 1 with 2 screws (M4 x 16 mm, pointy) 11 each.
- Attach 2 wall brackets 8 to the underside of the towel holder 1 with 2 screws (M4 x 1.4 mm, blunt) 10 each.
Hang the towel holder with the wall brackets on the screws (M4 x 27 mm, pointy) previously turned into the wall.

Operation

Connect the power plug 5 to a socket-outlet. All LEDs in the LED status display 2 light up for 2 seconds. The power LED in the LED status display lights up red to indicate that the product is in standby mode.
Switching on: Press the on/off switch 4. The power LED in the LED status display 2 lights up green to indicate that the product is in continuous heating mode.
Setting the timer: Press the timer button 3 to set the duration (2/4/8/24 hours) after which the product switches off automatically. The corresponding LED in the LED status display 2 lights up green and flashes once every 3 seconds. The power LED in the LED status display remains lit.
Switching off: Press the on/off switch 4. The power LED in the LED status display 2 lights up red to indicate that the product is in standby mode.
- Disconnect the power plug 5 from the socket-outlet if you are not going to use the product for a long time.

Cleaning and care

CAUTION! Risk of electric shock! Before cleaning, switch off the product and disconnect the power plug 5 from the socket-outlet.

Let the product to cool down completely.
The product should only be cleaned externally using a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use any liquids or cleaning agents under any circumstances as they may damage the product.

Disposal

The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.
