2-. Wait for the pilot light to switch off(approx. 1.5 minutes). This meansthe coffee machine has reached theideal temperature. Press coffeeswitch and let water run out. Dothis before making the coffee. Thiswill remove residue and balance thetemperature to create optimumworking conditions.3-.Fill the coffee filter basket (1 or twocoffees according to requirements),Three-quarter size. The filter must befilled to 3/4 of its capacity, oncepressed.(see picture 2A)4.-Clean off the remains of coffee thathave been deposited on the edgesof the filter basket so that it fitsperfectly. 5-. Place the filter holder into thegroup starting from the left andturning towards the right with enoughpressure at the end. Careful: Do not remove or turn thefilter holder while the water is passingthrough as the appliance is at lowpressure at this moment.Notes:1 .The filter holder should always beplaced in the machine so that itremains warm. Closed position.2 .Place the cups on the cup warmer . The right temperature (optimum40ºC/105ºF) will improve theespresso. (see picture 6)3 .If the coffee does not come out veryhot, press steam switch for 10 seconds. This will raise the temperature of the machine.4 .Coffee will continue to drip from thespouts for a moment after the coffeeswich is turned off.5 .It is normal for the coffee grounds to be very wet or a soup-like consistency if the filter holder isremoved within one to minutes afterbrewing. It has to be inbetween 80ºC/180ºF and 110ºC/230ºFfor coffee and above 100ºC/212ºFdegrees for steam Important: Tamped The best espresso result areobtained when the ground coffee isfirmly tamped. 5-. Preparation of cappuccino Mobile filterholder 1-. Press general switch . Pilots

(Dream) and and (Arc,Elipse, Basic) will come on.2. -When pilot 6 goes out, press steamswitch . Pilots (all models) and

open and allow the first drops ofwater to come out. In a few moments,only steam will come out. 5-. Put the tube into the milk to heatit so that the milk covers exactly halfthe absorption hole (never totallycover it). Do this for the wholeprocess. (see picture 7)6.-Liquid is absorbed through the holeand cream forms automatically.The recipient should be loweredgradually while the milk emulsifies. 7.- Turn the water/steam knob

Regulardescaling will contribute to ensuring topquality coffee and it will prolong theuseful life of the machine.Consult your distributor.Coffee Washer use recommendations:To avoid limescale buildup, you can alsouse water treatment filters. However, itis advisable to clean the machine inaccordance with consumption. Usingfilters and Coffee Washer will help tomaintain the coffee machine in optimumworking condition for longer.Back Flushing - Blind FilterWeeklyPlace the gasket in the filter holderand place the filter holder into themachine. Press the coffee button , after10 seconds press the coffee buttonagain to stop the group. Repeat thisoperation 2 times.
