Reversing the Door Swing of Your Wine Cooler
This wine cooler has NO capability of either opening the door from the left or right side.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Do not store food in the wine cooler, as the interior temperature may not be cool enough to prevent spoilage. As a natural result of condensation, in summer months or in areas of high humidity, the glass door may build up moisture on the outside. Just wipe it away.
It is recommended that you install the wine cooler in a place where the ambient temperature is between 22 - 25 degrees Celsius. If the ambient temperature is above or below the recommended range, conditions may cause the interior temperature to fluctuate.
If the interior light is left on, the temperature inside the wine cooler will be higher.
Recommended Temperatures for Chilling Wine
Red wines: 15.5-18.5°C
Dry/White Wines: 10-15°C
Sparkling Wines: 7.2-9.5°C
Rosé Wines: 9.5-10.5°C
The above temperatures may fluctuate depending on whether the interior bulb is on or off, and whether the bottles are located on the lower, middle, or upper section.

CLEANING THE WINE COOLER
Disconnect the wine cooler and remove the bottles. Clean the interior with a solution of warm water and baking soda.
The solution should be made from about 2 tablespoons of baking soda per quart of water.
Wipe the shelves with the cleaning solution.
The exterior of the wine cooler should be wiped with a mild detergent and warm water. It may also be necessary to periodically wipe the lower part of the storage area, as the wine cooler retains humidity, which leads to the accumulation of condensate.

Most power outages will be corrected within a few hours and should not affect the temperature of your wine cooler if you minimize the number of times the door is opened. If the power outage lasts for a longer period of time, you need to take proper measures to protect your contents.
VACATION TIME
During long vacations, remove all bottles; disconnect the wine cooler, clean it, and leave the door slightly open to avoid the formation of condensate, mold, or odors.
MOVING THE WINE COOLER
Remove all bottles. Securely fasten all loose items inside the wine cooler. - Turn the leveling feet to the base to avoid damage. - Close the door and seal it with tape. - Make sure the wine cooler remains in a vertical position during transport.

- It is recommended to set the temperature in the refrigerator compartment to 4°C and, if possible, to -18°C in the freezer compartment. For most food categories, the longest storage time in the refrigerator compartment is achieved at lower temperatures. Since certain products (such as fresh fruits and vegetables) may spoil at lower temperatures, it is recommended to store them in the crisper drawer for fresh storage, if available. Otherwise, adjust the thermostat to a higher setting. For frozen foods, follow the storage time indicated on the food packaging. This storage time is achieved when the settings correspond to the reference temperatures in the compartment (one star -6°C, two stars -12°C, three stars -18°C).
