Using the appliance You can use this appliance to give yourself or others a soothing and effective trigger point massage. Trigger point massages can relax or stimulate the muscles to relieve tension, pain and fatigue. The mini massage gun provides a powerful, intensive massage for the thighs, calves, shoulders, arms and the back region (excluding the spine). Depending on the extent of the tension in the part of the body to be treated, a maximum treatment time of approx. 15 minutes is recom- mended. A massage should always feel pleasant. A slight reddening of the treated areas and even slight bruising are a normal side effect, as the massage specifi- cally promotes blood circulation. However, if you experience excessive skin reactions, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Selecting/fitting attachments

1) Select the appropriate attachment for the desired treatment and body part

as follows: Attachment Suitable for:

Uniform and gentle massage to relax smaller muscle groups, e.g. upper arms, shoulders, waist and legs.

Large areas all over the body, such as buttocks, thighs and back (excluding spine).

Targeted and selective massage of deep muscle tissue, e.g. soles of the feet, palms of the hands, muscles of the shoulder blades.

2) Insert the desired attachment into the socket 7 and press it as far as it will

3) To change the attachment, carefully pull it out of the socket 7 horizontally,

turning it slightly if necessary. Examples of use Note: Do not apply the attachments directly to a bone, only to muscle tissue. Examples of application on arms (fig. 1), thighs (fig. 2), sole of the foot (fig. 3) and Achilles tendon (fig. 4). Fig. 1 Fig. 4 Fig. 2 Fig. 3

Switching the appliance on/off and selecting the intensity level

1) Turn the appliance on by holding the button 2 pressed until the charge

status display 3 lights up (if the battery is not fully charged, not all bars will light up).

2) The appliance immediately begins operating at the lowest intensity level.

The first dot on the intensity display 4 lights up. Press the button

again to increase the intensity level. Each press increases the intensity by one level, and another dot in the intensity display 4 lights up. Note: After reaching the highest intensity level, pressing the button 2 again will set the appliance back to the lowest intensity level.

3) Massage the desired body part by gently moving the attachment back

and forth over the muscle area. Note: Do not apply too much pressure, otherwise the appliance will automatically switch off after a few seconds to protect the motor from a possible over- load. If the protection function is triggered, the motor will stop, the intensity display 4 will flash, and the appliance with then switch off. You need to restart the appliance.

4) After you have finished using the appliance, turn it off by pressing and

holding the button 2 until the charge status display 3 goes out. Note: The appliance is equipped with an automatic switch-off to prevent over- heating. The appliance switches off automatically after 15 minutes of continuous operation. Allow the appliance to cool down for at least 15 minutes before using it again.
