2.2 Danger for children

  • Warning! Trampolines with a height in ecess of 5 cm are not suitable for children under the age of 6.

2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

2.3 CAUTION – risk of injury

  • Do not use the product if it is damaged or defective. In this case, contact a professional workshop or our service center.
  • Alwas verif that the product is in impeccable condition before use. Defective components must be replaced immediatel as failure to do so ma impair the functioning and safet of the unit.
  • Make sure that no more than person uses the product at a time.
  • Alwas use the product on a at, skid-proof and solid surface. ever use it in the vicinit of water and observe a safet clearance of at least .5 m on each side of the product. Caution: Alwas close the net opening before use. Do not use when the umping mat is wet. Use the product with empt pockets and hands onl. Do not ump off the umping mat. Do not use the product for etended periods without pause (take regular breaks).

2.4 CAUTION - Product damage

  • Do not alter the product in an wa and use onl original replacement parts. Have all repairs carried out in a professional workshop or from similarl qualied persons - improper repairs can lead to serious risks for the user. Use the product for the intended purposes as described in the operating instructions onl.
  • Shield the product from moisture, high temperatures and direct sunlight. Disassemble the product for periods of prolonged disuse as environmental conditions like wind, weather and direct sunlight can cause especiall plastic parts to age prematurel.

2.5 Information on assembly

  • Caution. The trampoline must be assembled b an adult person according to the assembl instructions and checked before rst use.
  • Before beginning assembl of the product, read all assembl steps carefull and review the diagram.
  • Remove all packaging material. La out all the individual parts on a free space. This will give ou a good overview and simplif assembl.
  • Check the components against the components list to make sure all are present. Do not dispose of all packaging materials until assembl is completed.
  • Please note that there is alwas a risk of inur when using tools to carr out manual tasks. Therefore, please eercise caution when assembling this product.
  • Make sure our work environment is hazard-free. For eample, do not leave an tools ling around. Place the packaging materials somewhere where the will not pose an hazards during assembl. Packaging foil or plastic bags pose a suffocation hazard for children
  • After having assembled the product based on the operating instructions, make sure all screws, bolts and nuts have been installed and tightened properl and all frames are connected correctl.
  • Overhead free space of at least 9.5 m is required. Observe a minimum safet clearance of 2 m to other structures or obstructions such as fences, garages, buildings, branches, clotheslines or electric power lines.
  • Install the trampoline on a at, horizontal and solid oor before use.
  • The trampoline is not intended for installation as an in-ground trampoline.
  • Do not install near other free-time equipment or structures.

  • Users should wear socks or gmnastic shoes. Street shoes and other sport shoes ma not be worn.
  • Make sure that the hook and loop fasteners are properl closed while using the trampoline.
  • The frame cover is not elastic. Do not ump on the frame cover as doing so ma tear the seams.
  • Pregnant women as well as persons with spine and ankle inuries or organ damage should not ump on the trampoline.
  • In some countries, the trampoline ma be damaged during the winter months b heav snow loads and low temperatures. We recommend to remove snow from the trampoline and to store the umping mat and safet net indoors.
  • If ou disassemble the trampoline for the winter months, the self-locking nuts must be replaced when ou reassemble the product. Each self-locking nut must be replaced.

2.8 Information for the jumper

  • Do not use the trampoline if ou are under the inuence or alcohol, drugs or medication.
  • Learn the basic umping posture before attempting advanced umps.

  • Learn this technique with the other umping techniques. The abilit to cushion rebounds should be applied if ou lose our balance or when training basic umps.   • Climb onto and off of the trampoline. Do not ump onto or off of the trampoline. Do not use the trampoline as a springboard to other obects.

  • Learn the basic umping posture before attempting advanced umps.

STEP 7 The number of triangular rings sewn onto the mat corresponds to the number of holes in the frame. If ou notice that ou have miscounted either a triangular ring or a hole, remove and reinstall the springs as necessar while maintaining an even distribution of tension. 5. INSTRUCTONS FOR TRAINING AND USE

Basic trampoline warm-up and cool-down eercises We recommend repeating each eercise 0 times in succession. . Contact bounce Stand on the umping mat with our legs at shoulder width, our knees slightl bent. Place our hands on our hips. Begin with small umps so our feet barel leave the umping mat. This eercise is ecellent for beginners to become acquainted with our new sports device.

Stand on the umping mat as described under Contact bounce. ow shift our weight from side to side while brie lifting our free foot from the umping mat and tapping to the side. Then return to the basic position and shift our weight to the other side, lift foot and tap, etc.

While doing “Contact bounces, shift our weight to one side. Onl one foot is in contact with the trampoline while ou slightl bend the other leg back at the knee. Then switch to the other side, etc.

Regularl check the product for wear or damage and have an problems ed immediatel. The umping mat, safet net, frame cover, fastenings and springs are subect to wear and must be checked regularl, at least once a season, and replaced if necessar. The safet net in particular is subect to increased wear due to environmental conditions (UV radiation) and should be replaced within two ears. Maintenance instructions

  • The trampoline requires regular maintenance.
  • Irregular maintenance can lead to safet hazards for the user.
  • Make sure that all nuts and screws are rml tightened and tighten if necessar.
  • Make sure that all spring-loaded connections (locking bolts) are undamaged and cannot slip during use.
  • All covers for screws and sharp edges must be checked and replaced if necessar.

Do not use an aggressive cleaning agents for cleaning. Remove staining and dust with a soft, slightl damp cloth. Do not use an alcoholic cleaners for cleaning the covers. We recommend cleaning the covers using a mild cleaning agent, in order to protect the covers from oil stains and dirt, which – in the long run – could cause cracks or permanent stains. Onl use household products that are intended for treating upholster covers. ou ma also use a mild detergent and water or other non-aggressive, non-alcoholic products.
