Cleaning and care:

1. Only use the charging adapter provided to charge the product. The polarity of the adaptor must match the polarity of the product

Battery

1. Caution! There is danger of explosion from improper replacement of the battery. Replace battery only with the same or equivalent type of battery.
2. Always exchange the entire set of batteries.
3. Make sure the battery are correctly inserted. Observe the polarity (+) plus / (-) negative on the battery and the housing. Improperly inserted battery can lead to leakage or, in extreme cases, a fire or an explosion.

• For first time use, charge the product for at least 6 hours. The general charging time is about 4 hours which also depends on the condition of the battery.
• When the battery is fully charged, the product can be used for 45-50 minutes. The time may vary (depending on the battery condition).

Insert/change rechargeable battery

1 Press down and hold the release button. Slide off the battery compartment cover. Insert the rechargeable battery. To close the battery compartment, slide back the cover while holding the release button pressed. Ensure the cover is locked correct.

Charging the battery

2 Connect the charging adapter to the DC IN socket on the charging stand and plug the power adaptor in a suitable power outlet. 3 Put the product on the charging stand. The LED indicator turns red and shows the battery is being charged. The indicator turn green, when the battery is fully charged.

Note

Ensure that the product is switched off before charging. Make sure that the on/off switch is switched down.

Operation

Trim/cut beard-withcomb attachment

4 Slide the comb attachment on the blade and sure it's fit in correctly.
5 Set the desired cutting length by sliding the comb attachment. You can choose the lengths 0.5, 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5 and 5.5.
Switched on the beard trimmer. The LED indicator flashes one time in red.
Guide the beard trimmer slowly over the beard. Hold the trimmer in such a way that the comb is as flat as possible.

Note

Depending on the position of the product and the resulting angle, cutting lengths may differ.

Trim/cut beard - without comb attachment

8 Slide carefully the comb attachment upwards with thumb and moderate force.
Without comb attachment the beard can be cut to an even length of 0.3mm . Switch on the trimmer and hold the shaving head at the desired height of the beard.

Cleaning and care

Warning

When cleaning, never use solvents or abrasive materials, hard brushes, metallic or sharp objects. Solvents are harmful to human health and can attack plastic parts, while abrasive cleaning mechanisms and tools may scratch the surface(s).

10 After every use, please use the cleaning brush to thoroughly brush and blow out hair on the blades, attachment and the beard trimmer.

Clean the product's exterior surfaces with a slightly damp cloth and then dry them thoroughly.
Make sure that no water enters the product interior (for example, through the switch). Keep the product in a dry, cool location which is protected against moisture and direct sunlight. Keep this product out of the reach of children.

Cleaning the shaving head

Switch off the product and take out the battery. Push the shaving head with your thumb until it is detached from the enclosure and take it off. Brush the shaving head and the product's interior with the cleaning brush.

Caution

Do not knock on the shaving head, this can damage it.

Note

You can rinse out the shaving head under water. Then dry it with a soft cloth.

When the shaving is clean and completely dry, fit the shaving head onto the product. Ensure it's firmly fit in.

Lubrication oil

In order to improve the cutting length, apply 1-2 drops of the oil onto the shaving head. This is particularly recommended after cleaning. Wipe off excess oil with a cloth.
