Plug the new adapter into an electrical outlet next to an already paired adapter. Press the Pair button on one adapter of the existing network for 1 second, then within 2 minutes, press the Pair button on the new adapter for 1 second.
What to do if I have no internet access via the Powerline network?

Can Powerline adapters be used with a household appliance that generates interference?
Yes, if the adapter has a pass-through outlet, plug the household appliance (hair dryer, air conditioner, etc.) into that outlet. This helps filter electrical noise and improve Powerline network performance.
How to update the firmware of the Powerline adapter?
Download the tpPLC utility from the TP-Link website. Install it on your computer connected to the Powerline network. Launch the utility, select your adapter, and follow the instructions to update the firmware.
What is the maximum range of the Powerline network?
Theoretically, the Powerline signal can travel up to 300 meters on the indoor electrical network. Actual performance depends on wiring quality, interference, and distance between outlets.
Do Powerline adapters consume a lot of power?
No, they are designed to be energy-efficient. In standby, they consume less than 0.5 W; in operation, less than 5 W. To reduce consumption, you can unplug them when not in use.
