IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should be followed:

1. Read all instructions carefully.
2. Make sure the power supply corresponds to one on the rating label.
3. To avoid electrical shock, do not immerse electrical parts in water or other liquid.
4. Do not allow children to operate or play with the appliance.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use, or before putting on/taking off parts.
6. Do not use with damaged electrical cord or plug.
7. If damaged or malfunction occurs, refer to an authorized service center only.
8. Do not place on or near hot surfaces.
9. Never pull the appliance by the power cord.
10. Do not use the appliance for other than intended household use.

Read these instructions carefully:

1. Please hold the water tank firmly with both hands when carrying full tank of water.
2. Do not touch the water in the flume when the unit is working.
3. Never operate the unit without water in the tank. Never add any additive to the water.
4. When the water tank is empty, the unit will shut off automatically.
5. Never let your fingers, hands or other parts of your body get too near to the humidifier.
6. Temperature of clean water < 40^ (suggested using of pure water).
7. Fitting work condition: 5 - 40^ relative humidity < 80% RH
8. Humidifier should be unplugged when not in use for a long period of time. Do not use outdoor.

Instructions for Use

Ultrasonic technology is a very mature technology and widely used in various domains. Water is atomized by ultrasonic sound waves and propelled in the air evenly by a small fan. These ultrasonic pulses are silent and produce visible mist.

Filling the water reservoir

1. The filling aperture must not be opened during use. When refilling the reservoir, turn the cleaner off and allow it to cool for five minutes. It is recommended to unplug the cleaner.
2. Drain any water that might be left over from previous uses. This is to help ensure that you do not overfill the reservoir.

a.) Hold the tank handle and lift the water tank from the unit. Figure 1
b.) Turn the water tank up-side down, unscrew the tank cap by turning it anti-clockwise and set aside. Figure 2
c.) Fill the water tank with clean, cool, tap water only. Figure 3
d.) Replace the tank cap by firmly turning clockwise. Figure 4.
e.) Turn the water tank upright; hold the tank handle to place the water tank back to the unit balanced. Figure 5

Place and Operation

1. Always place the humidifier on a firm, clean and flat level surface. Figure 6
2. Place the unit at least 2 meters away from TV, sound box and other home appliances; do not allow the moisture outlet face the wall and home appliances directly. Figure 7

How to use function key:

Power knob: Plug in, the unit is on stand by position. Turn the power knob clockwise then the green indicator light will turn on. Turning the knob will adjust the quantity of mist from left to right becomes bigger and bigger until it reaches the maximum quantity of mist. It is suggested to choose the maximum quantity of mist when the air in the room is very dry.

Warning:

This appliance is equipped with a grounded, Type G, 3-pin power supply cord. This is a safety feature. Do not attempt to defeat the safety purpose of this plug.

Cleaning & Maintenance

1. Tank Cleaning: take the water tank from the unit and unscrew the tank cap; wipe the scale by the soft cloth then wash it with clean water. Suggested cleaning of the water tank is every two or three weeks. Figure 1
2. Flume Cleaning: If there is scale in the flume, clean it with a soft cloth and wash with clean water. CAUTION: Water must pour out according to the pouring direction. Figure 2
3. Ultrasonic Nebulizer: Put some detergent on the surface of ultrasonic nebulizer, and pour some water to dunk in 5 minutes; then brush and wash it. Never use hard/sharp objects. Figure 3
