What to do if the machine is completely stopped?

Check the power supply and make sure the STOP button is not pressed. If the problem persists, contact an authorized agent for a diagnosis.

Why is the slice thickness irregular?

This may be due to dull knives or misalignment. Replace the knives in pairs (only original knives) and check the thickness adjustment.

Why does the bread vibrate in the knives?

This usually indicates that the knives are worn or the bread is not properly held. Replace the knives and ensure the bread is correctly positioned.

Why is the bread cutting too slowly?

Use fast speed (position 2). Also check that the knives are sharp and the bread is not too hard. If the problem persists, consult a professional.

How to adjust slice thickness?

Turn the adjustment knob located on the side. The graduations indicate the thickness in millimeters. Make adjustments with the machine off.

How to clean the slicer?

Unplug the machine. Carefully remove the knives. Clean the parts with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly before reassembly.

How to oil the machine?

Use JAC special oil (ref. in the catalog). Apply a few drops to the lubrication points indicated in the manual after each cleaning.

How often should the knives be changed?

Every 50,000 cuts or every 3 days in intensive use. Replace only original knives respecting the mounting direction.

How to get the 3-year warranty?

Have maintenance performed by an authorized agent and have each intervention recorded in the maintenance log. Without tracking, the warranty is limited to 1 year.

What to do in case of breakdown or malfunction?

First consult the user manual for common problems. If the problem persists, contact a JAC authorized agent for repair.
