Operation

• When sizing for the first time, clean the surface of the tray with a damp cloth and wipe dry. Then grease the tray with butter, margarine or cooking oil.

- When the food is ready, pst the fnsction zelector zwitch in "0" position. The pilot light goez ost.
- Carefully open the glazz door, preferably sizing an onen glone.
- Be nery careful when remoning the rack or the tray. Thee partz become nery hot drsing sze and yos might get bsmed. Uze the zspplied, zeparate handle.

ASING THE COOKING qZATES

Make zse the temperatire knobz (A and B) are in the 0 position. Plsg in the appliance.
Alwayz sze flat-boltomed zasepanz, which make good contact with the cooking plate. The zasepan bazez zhosld ideally be of the zame ziSe az the cooking platez.
To heat sp the cooking plate, tsm their temperatire knobz (zee pictse on page 4) to the right.
Dse to the cooking platez' conztrction,rezidal heat will remain after zwitching off.Thiz may be szed to keep food warm for a zhort period.
After size, tsn the temperatire knob to "0" and snplsg the appliance.

CLEANING AND CATE

Before cleaning, snplg the appliance from ostlet and allow it to cool down.

Inside cleaning of the oven

Wipe the baking tray, the rack and the crumb tray with abzorbent paper towel or a zoft cloth. To remove baked on food, posr a little cooking oil on the food and allow to zland for fine to ten minstez.
