Operation
Foaming Milk
Please use only fresh milk (preferably full-cream milk). The vessel should not be preheated. Please ensure that the vessel is only a quarter full as the volume of the milk will increase greatly during foaming.
- Pour a little milk into a suitable narrow vessel (e.g. a glass).
- Immerse the foaming coil completely in the milk.
- In order to start the milk foamer, press the on/off switch on the top of the device.
- Move the foamer smoothly up and down inside the vessel until the milk has foamed sufficiently. Please ensure that the coil always remains immersed in the milk.
- Switch off the device with the on/off switch before removing it from the vessel.
- Transfer the foam to the coffee using a spoon.
It is also possible to use your milk foamer for preparing salad dressing, mixed drinks, shakes, cocktails, mayonnaise and egg white.
Accessories: Holder, chocolate sprinkler and sugar tongs
Cleaning and Care
- The foaming coil can also be removed for cleaning purposes. Place your fingernail between the housing and the marking. This will release the coil.
- Please clean the device immediately after use under warm running water. It is also possible to switch the machine on briefly. In order to avoid splashes, hold the foamer in the sink or wash basin.
- Please do not immerse the housing in water. If necessary, the housing should only be wiped off with a moist cloth.
- Please do not use any caustic detergents or abrasives.
This device has been tested according to all relevant current CE guidelines, such as electromagnetic compatibility and low voltage directives, and has been constructed in accordance with the latest safety regulations.
