USER MANUAL PCFW 1003 PROFICOOK

  • Theapplianceisdesignedexclusivelyforprivate use and for the envisaged purpose. This appli- ance is not fit for commercial use. Do not use it outdoors. Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appli- ance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately.
  • Whencleaningorputtingitaway,switchoffthe appliance and always pull out the plug from the socket (pull the plug itself, not the lead) if the appliance is not being used and remove the attached accessories.
  • Donot operate the machine without supervi- sion. If you leave the room you should always turn the device off. Remove the plug from the socket.

1. Remove the device from its packaging.

2. Remove all packaging materials like foils, filling

materials, cable holders, and carton packaging.

3. Check the scope of deliveries for completeness.

NOTE: There may still be dust or production remains on the device. We recommend that you clean the device as described under “Cleaning”. Preparation Please see the overviews on pages 3 and 74.

1. Openthextureforthespiralhousingwiththe

screw (4) on the device.

2. Place the spiral housing (5) with the filler neck

facing upwards into the spiral drive and turn the screw clockwise until it is closed.

3. Place the filling tray on to the filler neck in such

a way that the fixture for the tray is above the motor block.37

4. Push the spiral (7) into the horizontal section of

the spiral housing until the axle locks in place. See also the sections on assembling the meat grinder, the “Kebbe” attachment, the sausage at- tachment or the biscuit attachment. Assembly of the meat grinder

5. Insert the knife with the sharpened edge out-

wards onto the shaft of the scroll.

NOTE: The guide mechanisms on the sieve fit into the recesses of the spiral housing.

7. Rotate the catch clockwise.

8. Put the pieces of meat on to the filling tray (1)

5. Position the 2-piece Kebbe attachment on the

shaft of the scroll.

NOTE: The guides on attachment are located in the recesses on the scroll housing.

6. Rotate the catch clockwise.

7. Place your meat or dough paste on the filling

tray and into the filler neck. See below “Electrical connection”. Assembly of the cookie attachment

NOTE: Youcanshapedifferentformswiththisattach- ment after preparing a cookie dough. This is particularly suitable for so-called “Spritzgebäck” (cookies).

5. First, insert the disc onto the extension of the
