IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions carefully.
- This appliance may only be connected to the same main voltage as shown on the rating plate.
- To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not immerse or rinse housing, cord or plug in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts and before cleaning.
- Do not contact any moving parts while the appliance is operating.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its authorized service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid hazard & damage to the unit.
- The use of attachment or accessories which are not supplied with the appliance are not recommended. This could result in electrical shock or injury or permanent damage to the appliance.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surface.
- Do not use the appliance for other than intended household use.
- Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or approaching parts, which move in use.
- The appliance is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons without supervision. Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- This appliance is for household use and may be plugged into any AC electrical outlet (ordinary household current). Do not use any other electrical outlet.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on appliance.
- Avoid contact with moving parts.
- The use of attachment not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
- Always make sure juicer cover is clamped down securely in place before motor is turned ON. Do not fasten or unfasten clamps while juicer is in operation. Unit is designed to shut off automatically if protective cover is not fastened securely in place.
- The appliance is not to be operated without the cover locked in place by the securing clamps. NEVER OPERATE UNIT UNLESS IT IS FULLY ASSEMBLED.
- Be sure to turn switch to OFF position after each use of your juicer. Make sure the motor stops completely before disassembling.
- Do not put fingers or other objects into juicer opening while it is in operation. If food becomes lodged in opening, use food pusher or another piece of fruit or vegetable to push it down. If this doesn't work, turn the motor off, unplug unit, then disassemble juicer to remove remaining food.
- Make sure filter basket is firmly attached to adaptor.
- Do not overload appliance or use excessive force to press food through the feeding hole.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
- Sharp Blade-Always use food pusher.
CAUTION: GRATER HAS SHARP BLADE-ALWAYS USE PUSHER, BECAREFUL OF MOVING PARTS. KEEP FINGER'S OUT OF FEEDER AND DISCHARGE OPENINGS.UNPLUG UNIT BEFORE CLEANING AND BEFORE ASSEMBLING AND REMOVING PARTS.
Before using, please make ensure the lid (part2) with arrow sign and the securing clamps (part 5) with arrow sign are on the same side. If necessary, turn the upper body (part 4).
GUIDE FOR EXTRACTING JUICES
- When making a mix drink, use the softer ingredients first, then the harder ones.
- Vitamins disappear quickly after extraction of the fruits and vegetables. The juice should be consumed as soon as possible.
- Apple juice turns brown rapidly. A few drops of lemon juice will keep it from turning brown too quickly.
The pulp can be used as a base for soups, sauces, jams, and desserts.
HOW TO USE:
Please note that safety interlock prevents unit from operating unless protective cover is clamped securely in place.
- Before plugging unit into power source, make sure the switch is OFF and the securing clamps unit into power source. Make sure the switch is off and the securing clamps are safely locked.
- Wash fruits and vegetables well. Cut fruits into small pieces so they can fit into the feeding funnel.
(a) The juice extractor cannot process bananas, peaches, apricots, mangos, Papayas, etc. because no juice can be squeezed from those fruits.
(b) The juice extractor cannot process coconut or other hard items because they may damage the motor and filter.
(c) Peels must be removed from citrus fruits, remove pits from cherries. Prune, etc. before feeding them into the funnel.
(d) The juice extractor is not suitable for processing the succulent fruits or the fruits that the juice viscosity is low, such as watermelons, oranges, etc.
3. Making sure that the indicate volt is suited to local electrical service and then plug the cord into power outlet.
4. Switch the power "ON".
5. Insert the prepared fruits into the feeding funnel and gently push the plunger down.
6. When residue or juice cups are full, switch the power "OFF" and empty the containers before continuing to process.
7. After using, switch appliance "OFF" and unplug the unit.
DO NOT RUN JUICER CONTINUOUSLY FOR LONGER THAN 2 MINUTES.TURN OFF SWITCH AND LET IT REST FOR AT LEAST 2 MINUTES TO COOL DOWN THE MOTOR, AND TO CLEAN CLEAR THE LID AND THE UP BODY. IF NOT MOTOR MAY BECOME DAMAGED.
HELPFUL HINTS:
- The best results are obtained when using young and particularly fresh vegetables and fruits. In general, the softer the vegetable and riper the fruit, the thicker and less clear the juice will be.
- Wash fruits and vegetables and dry them well, if possible.
- Cut fruits and carrots into strips.
- Roll leafy vegetables into clumps.

HOW TO CLEAN:
- MAKE SURE JUCER IS"OFF" AND PLUG IS DISCONNECTED FROM OUTLET BEFORE PUTTING ON OR TAKING OFF ANY PARTS.
- Open the securing clamps, remove the container cover, upper body and the filter. Clean these parts under running water. Do not use a dishwasher or very hot water.
- To clean the filter easily, use a small toothbrush (not included) is recommended.
- WARNING: DO NOT IMMERSE MOTOR HOUSING IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.MOTOR MUST ALWAYS BE KEPT DRY. USE A DAMP CLOTH TO CLEAN THE MOTOR HOUSING.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to clean the unit.
- Dry all parts.
- Reassemble all parts in proper order and store the appliance in a dry place.
- Unplug before cleaning and before assembling or removing parts.
