Safety advice and warnings ŠŠRead these instructions carefully before switching on the appliance and keep them for future reference. ŠŠBefore using the product for the first time, clean the parts that will come into contact with food in the manner described in the cleaning section. ŠŠSome parts of the appliance have been lightly greased. Consequently, the first time the appliance is used a light smoke may be detected. After a short time, this smoke will disappear. ŠŠPrepare the appliance according to the function you wish to use: Use: ŠŠUnroll the cable completely before plugging it in. ŠŠTake the length of cable required out of the housing. ŠŠAdjust the filter in the upper body. ŠŠMake sure the filter (3) is well placed, turning and pressing down. ŠŠPlace the protective lid (2) in the correct position. ŠŠTurn the appliance on by using one of control knob speed: I (low speed) or II (normal speed). ŠŠSelect the desired speed. ŠŠChoose desired speed: I (low speed) or II (normal speed). ŠŠSpeed I is especially suitable for soft fruits and vegetables such as watermelons, grapes, tomatoes, cucumbers… ŠŠSpeed II is suitable for all other kinds of fruits and vegetables such as apples, carrots… ŠŠWork with the food you want to process. ŠŠInsert the properly-cut fruit or vegetables into the corresponding opening in the protective lid. ŠŠGently press with the pusher.
