How to charge the battery of the BCS82PWR25 vacuum cleaner?

The battery can be charged in three ways: via the charging cable directly on the device, by placing the device on the wall-mounted base station, or by using the supplied fast charger. Plug the charger into a mains socket and insert the battery (or the device) to charge. The LED indicator shows the charging status.

How to empty the dust bin?

Press the release button of the dust bin to remove it. Empty the contents into a trash bin. For a more thorough cleaning, you can also remove and wash the fluff filter and lamellar filter (see manual). Make sure the bin is dry before refitting.

What to do if the vacuum cleaner does not turn on?

First check that the battery is correctly inserted and charged. If the status display flashes red, this may indicate overheating or undercooling. Turn off the device and let it return to room temperature. If the problem persists, consult the troubleshooting section of the manual.

How to replace the brush of the mini electric brush?

Unclip the worn brush by pressing the side latch. Insert the replacement brush and clip it in until it clicks. Check that it rotates freely. It is recommended to replace the brush every 6 to 12 months depending on use.

To prevent material damage to your appliance, accessories or any other objects, follow these instructions.

Check and clean any wet objects. Replace damaged objects. Regularly check the outsides of the nozzles for wear. Replace the worn nozzle.

Notes

• Like every Li-ion battery, the batteries from the Power for ALL 18 V series wear out over time, meaning that the battery capacity and the runtime decrease. This is a natural aging process and not the result of a material error, manufacturing error or material defect.
• You can delay the natural wear by using the following measures:
• Only charge the battery in the temperature range between 0°C and 45°C.
• Only store the battery in the temperature range between -20 °C and 50 °C.
• Do not store the battery for an extended period of time if it is fully charged or fully discharged.

Installing the base station

• Check whether any household wiring could be damaged in the installation area.
• Do not install the base station horizontally or vertically above, below or next to a socket.

Only charge the battery in chargers that are recommended by the manufacturer. - Only use the battery in connection with the Bosch appliance. - Charge the battery using the original charging cable 1) or the original quick charger 1). - Only use batteries from the Power for ALL 18 V series.

Note: The power supply unit on the charging cable 1) and the appliance heat up while charging. This is normal and harmless.
