Read the instructions carefully before use and keep them for the future reference. Your child's safety may be affected if you do not follow these instructions.

Our products have been carefully designed and tested to ensure your baby's safety and comfort.

Complies with safety requirements.

Tested in an approved laboratory (91-1292 December 1991)

1. The maximum weight of the child for the stand recommended by the manufacturer is 9kg (See the stand instructions).
2. The carrycot must not be used to transport / store products for current consumption.
3. Only use the stand approved or supplied by the manufacturer
4. Always lay down your baby on his back.
5. It is strongly recommended that you keep your infant secured by using the fastening system of your carrycot, whether you are using it as a carriage, a pram or a portable seat.
6. Regularly air the inside of your carry cot in order to maintain its hygiene.
7. Do not use the rain cover in sunny weather because of excessive heat. Do not use the rain cover without the hood. Use only under adult supervision.
8. The carrycot must be facing you on the chassis. You must attach your child with the retaining

harness of your carrycot when using it on the pram chassis or when carrying it.

WARNING:

• This product is suitable only for a child who cannot sit up unaided, roll over and cannot push itself up on its hands and knees. Maximum weight of the child: 9 kg.

• Do not let other children to play unattended near the safety carrycot.

WARNING:

• Do not use if any part is broken, damaged or missing. Use only spare parts supplied or approved by the manufacturer. Using other accessories could be dangerous. The handles and the bottom should be inspected regularly for signs of damage and wear.

WARNING:

• It is dangerous to use or place this product on a raised surface except on the stand sold and approved by the manufacturer.

WARNING:

• To avoid the risk of suffocation, keep all plastic bags and packaging out of reach of babies and young children.
  Always use the harness provided with the item.

• Ensure that all the locking devices are engaged before use.

• Do not add any additional matress other than the one provided with the safety carrycot.
• Use only on a firm ground which is horizontal, level and dry.
• Be aware of the risk of open fire and other source of strong heat, such as electric bar fires, gas fires, etc., in the near vicinity of the safety carrycot.

1. Approved for group à 0 (up to 10kg or approx 10 months).
2. Use of the car safety kit is obligatory to provide the car cot function of the carrycot.
3. This car safety kit may only be used with the carrier for which it is intended.
4. For optimum safety of your baby in the event of lateral impact in a car cot, it is important not to position the child's head on the door side.
5. The carrier may only be fitted on the back seat of cars which are fitted with 2 or 3 point safety belts, whether they are the inertia reel type or not, which comply with regulation no. R16/ECE/EEG.
6. The carrycot is fitted to the rear seat of the vehicle at a right angle to the road, and solidly fixed to the seat.
7. Firmly tighten the carrycot against the seat of the vehicle. Please check that the belt is well tightened before driving.
8. Put the front seats as far forward as they will go so

that the child does not come into contact with them.

1. Do not use carrier contact points other than those described.
2. It is recommended that the handles are not left in carrying position during use of the carrycot as a car cot. It is advisable to put them back into the carrycot.
3. For your safety and your child's, always fix the carrier in the vehicle; always strap your child in with the safety harness, however short the journey you are making.
4. After putting your child in place, ensure that the belt is suitably tight by pulling the strap. You should also check that the belt is not twisted.
5. In some vehicles, the safety belt strap may be too long and positioned too high. This prevents the carrycot from being fixed securely. If this happens, choose another location in the car. If you have any questions relating to this issue, you should contact the manufacturer.
6. Even minor shocks which happen as a result of a collision with another vehicle can transform your baby into a real projectile.
7. The user must always ensure that luggage or items that are likely to cause injury to the occupant of the carrier in the event of a collision must be securely stowed away.
8. Always check that no part of the safety kit or harness is trapped under a seat or in the door of the vehicle.
9. Never place heavy objects on the rear parcel shelf to avoid them being thrown during an accident.

10. Never make any modifications to the construction or materials of the car safety kit and the belt.

11. The child restraint must not be used without the cover. should not be replaced with any other than the one recommended by the manufacturer as the cover constitutes an integral part of the restraints performance.

12. Do not use the rain cover and the mosquito without the hood. Do not use the mosquito net inside the car. In case of emergencies it may restrict access to the child. Use only under adult supervision.
13. The temperature inside a car can get very high, especially after lengthy exposure to the sun. In these conditions it is strongly recommended to cover the car safety kit with cloth or other material which will prevent the harness fitting/fixings, and other metal components, becoming too hot and burning your child.
14. Use only the accessories sold or approved by the manufacturer. The use of other accessories may be unsafe.
15. The rigid elements and plastic parts of a child car seat must be fitted and positioned in such a way that, under the conditions of normal vehicle use, they cannot become trapped under a mobile seat or in the door of the vehicle. This child car seat is only effective when used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Under no circumstances should you modify this car seat in any way.
16. It is essential that the carrycot be replaced after an accident.

Maintenance

After dismantling (make sure you have well noted how the various pieces are assembled on the seat in order to assemble them back properly).

• For washing the garment, please consult the instructions on the label.
• Never iron.
• Only use a damp cloth to clean the car safety kit.

Environment

Keep plastic covering away from children to avoid suffocation. For environmental reasons, when you have stopped using this product, we ask that you dispose of the product in the proper waste facilities in accordance with local legislation.

Warranty

We guarantee that this product has been manufactured in accordance with European safety standards and quality requirements in force at the present time and that, at the time of its purchase by the retailer, this product was exempt from any defect of composition and manufacture. During its production process, this product was also

subjected to various quality controls. If, in spite of all our efforts, a material and/or manufacturing defect should occur during the warranty period of 24 months (used normally and in accordance with the instructions), we undertake to respect the warranty conditions. The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• When the product has been used for a purpose other than that provided for in the instructions for use.
• When the product has been repaired by a non-approved supplier.
• When the product is not returned to the manufacturer with the original till receipt (issued by the retailer and/or importer).
• When repairs have been carried out by a third party or a non-approved retailer.
• When the defect was caused by incorrect or insufficient use or maintenance, neglect or impacts at the level of the textile and/or chassis.
• When it is a case of normal wear of the parts, such as can be expected from daily use (wheels, rotating and moving parts, etc.)

When does the warranty come into effect?

The warranty period starts on the purchase date of the product.

For how long?

For a period of 24 consecutive months.

The warranty is only valid for the first owner and is not transferrable.

What should you do?

When buying the product, please keep the original till receipt safely. The purchase date must be clearly visible. In the event of problems or defects, please refer to the retailer. No exchange or refund can be demanded. Repairs do not entail the extension of the warranty period. The products which are not returned directly to the manufacturer are not covered by the warranty.

This warranty clause is in conformity with the European directive 99/44/CE of May 25th 1999.
