- Always use soft sponges to clean the plates so as not to scratch the non-stick coating.
- Clean the upper and lower plates, the spatula and the grease tray with hot water, dish detergent and a non-abrasive sponge. Wait until the plates are completely dry before using the appliance.
- Place the grease tray on the bottom of the appliance. Before using the appliance, put a small amount of clean water to absorb the smoke produced by the grease.
Warning: It is normal for a slight odor or some smoke to be produced during the first use of the appliance.
3. OPERATION
3.1. Top plate position adjustment
This electric grill has a height adjustment system (opening angles) of the upper plate to adapt to different types of food. This system is controlled by the positioning part. Fig. 2
Closed position
When the grill is closed, the upper and lower plates are completely joined.
You can lock the plates in this position by sliding the positioning piece to the locked position. In this position, the plates will not open.
To start cooking, make sure that the positioning part is unlocked. Slightly lift the handle to separate the upper plate from the lower plate by about 20 mm. You can now select one of the following height positions.
Height Positions (1 to 5)
Slide the positioning piece to positions 1, 2, 3, 3, 4 or 5. Each position gradually increases the distance between the upper and lower plate by increasing the angle, from 20 mm to approximately 70 mm at position 5.
Choose the position according to the thickness of the food to be cooked. For example:
- Low positions (1-2): Ideal for thin foods such as sandwiches or vegetables.
- Middle positions (3-4): Recommended for medium-thickness foods such as chicken or fish fillets.
- High position (5): Perfect for thick foods such as steaks or large hamburgers.
Opening at 95 degrees
With the positioning piece in the unlocked position, open the grill by holding the handle until the plates form a 95-degree angle.
This position is useful for cooking foods such as pancakes or eggs on the bottom plate, which can be replaced by a smooth plate.
Opening at 180 degrees
Fig. 3
With the positioning piece unlocked, press the shaft lock button on the right side and open the grill until the plates are completely flat, forming a 180-degree angle.
In this position, both plates (top and bottom) can be used for cooking, doubling the cooking surface. It is ideal for cooking large quantities of food.

By selecting any of the probe menus, you can choose between two and four different cooking points depending on the type of food, each cooking point with a different temperature setpoint. The display will show the internal temperature of the food in real time, measured by the probe. The grill will prioritize the internal temperature to control the cooking point precisely.
- When inserting the probe, make sure that it is in the center of the food and that it is correctly positioned. Insert the probe firmly to about half the thickness of the food.
