Tool to remove the stops
-
Place the robot carefully in the pool. Do not throw or drop it, otherwise the solar panels may detach from the robot.
-
Switch on the robot. When doing so, the indicator lights will turn on green and after a few seconds, the pool cleaner will start.
Note:
- This robot has an ultrasonic obstacle avoidance sensor.
- If the pool is outdoors, when the robot's battery level drops below 20%, it will automatically search for an area where sunlight intensity is higher and stop cleaning to recharge. When the battery level exceeds 30%, it will resume cleaning.
- If the sunlight intensity is not strong enough for charging, the robot will stop working and enter Sleep mode. As soon as the sunlight intensity is strong enough again, it will automatically exit standby mode and resume cleaning.
- If you use the robot in an outdoor pool, 100% of its charge will come from solar power. In summer, you can use it all day long, as it converts solar power into electricity. On the other hand, in winter, the sunlight intensity is weaker, so it will need more time to charge.
- The robot can also operate in indoor pools; in this case, it must be charged with a 5V 2A power adapter.
- Before charging, make sure that the charging port is not wet. Once this has been checked, turn the cover counterclockwise and connect the cable (Fig. 4). During charging, the robot will stop working. Keep it switched on during the charging process.
Indicator lights
- When the robot is cleaning the pool, the indicator lights will turn on green and flash slowly.
- The indicator lights will turn on red and flash slowly when the basket is full.
- The indicator lights will turn on red and flash when the battery level is low.
-
When the robot is charging, the indicator lights will turn on red and flash slowly. They will turn off when charging is complete.
-
If the robot is faulty, the indicator lights will turn on red and remain steady.
- When the robot is in standby mode, the indicator lights will turn on green and remain steady. If the robot enters Sleep mode, the indicator lights will turn off.
Notes:
- If there is a foreign object obstructing the impeller or motor, the indicator lights will turn on red and remain steady. In this case, the robot will automatically turn off, so you will need to remove the obstruction and restart it.
- The indicator lights will turn on red and flash when the battery level is low. To be charged using the solar panels, the robot must be placed in a location where it will be exposed to strong sunlight intensity, otherwise it must be charged with a suitable charger.
- If the ultrasonic sensor is dirty, the robot will spin around itself. Clean the ultrasonic sensor with a cloth so that it can operate normally again.
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Press the opening button to remove the filter basket. Fig. 5
- Empty the filter basket, rinse it with clean water and put it back in place. Fig. 6
