- This appliance is designed for domestic use only and is not intended for bars, restaurants, farmhouses, hotels, motels,
and offices.
If the appliance is to be used in a bathroom, it must be unplugged from the wall socket after use, as the proximity to water could be a risk even with the appliance switched off.
As additional protection, it is recommended that a Residual Current Device (RCD) having a rated operating fault current not exceeding 30 mA be installed in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom. We recommend you ask a qualified installer for advice.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by unsupervised children.

hair extensions, fake hair or animal hair.
- The air inlet ensures good ventilation of the appliance. Do not cover or obstruct it, as this may cause overheating.
- Do not insert objects in the air inlet.

2. BEFORE USE
- This appliance comes in a packaging designed to protect it during transport. Remove the appliance from its box. You can keep the original box and other packaging materials in a safe place to prevent damage to the appliance if you need to transport it in the future. If you wish to dispose of the original packaging, make sure all items are recycled properly.
- Check that all parts and components are included and in good condition. If any of them are missing or damaged, please contact Cecotec's Official Technical Support Service immediately.

- Do not remove the product's serial number in order to keep proper traceability if technical assistance is required.
3. OPERATION
Standby mode
- Plug the power cable (5) into a power socket. All indicators remain off; the device is in standby mode.
Switch-on and speed selection
- Slide the power/airflow speed control switch (2) to change the speed:
0: standby mode.
I: low speed.
II: high speed.
Mode button
- Press the mode button (3) repeatedly to switch between: Cool air (blue)→ Warm air (yellow) → Hot air (red) → Cool + hot air circulation mode (blue and red at the same time) → Smart control mode (white).
- In any of the above modes (except for cool air), press and hold the mode button (3) to switch to cool air mode. When the mode button (3) is released, the hair dryer returns to the previous mode.

- Negative ions operate in all modes.
Temperature sensor
- The temperature sensor only operates when the smart control mode is activated.
- The LED indicator (8) changes colour depending on the detected temperature: red indicates high temperature and orange indicates suitable temperature.
Triple protection system:
- Temperature control through NTC probe, with readings up to 100 times per second.
- Self-resetting mechanical thermostat.
- Non-self-resetting thermal safety device to prevent overheating.
How to attach accessories
- The hair dryer can be used with the concentrator (6) or with the diffuser (7). They allow 360° rotation to work on one section of hair without affecting the rest.
- To attach an accessory, bring the concentrator (6) or diffuser (7) close to the front end of the device and gently push it in until it locks in place.
- To prevent hair from being sucked into the air inlet grille (4) and causing pulling, hair loss or burns, always maintain a distance of more than 10 cm between the air inlet grille (4) and your hair during use.
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Before cleaning, unplug the cable (5) from the mains and allow the device to cool down completely.
Filter maintenance
- Clean the filter periodically to prevent blockages and ensure that air enters correctly through the air inlet grille (4).
- Do not clean the interior stainless steel filter with water. The use of water may cause the hair dryer to malfunction.
- The air inlet grille (4) is attached to the device using a magnetic coupling. Hold the device and pull the air inlet grille (4) downwards to release it, then remove it from the device. Fig. 2
- To remove dust or other particles from the surface of the air inlet
grille (4) and stainless steel filter, use a dry, lint-free cloth, a soft brush, or a clean, dry toothbrush. Fig. 3
- After cleaning, replace the air inlet grille (4) in its position until you hear a click, indicating that it has been correctly fitted. Fig. 4
