Why is my robot beeping and not starting?

If your ROBOTCLEAN ACCU XS is beeping and not moving, here are the possible causes and solutions:

1. The robot is not fully submerged

The robot automatically emits a sound signal as long as it is not completely submerged in water. Solution: Push the robot completely to the bottom of the pool. Once fully submerged, it will start automatically after about 5 seconds.

2. The battery is insufficiently charged

If the battery is too low, the robot beeps but remains stationary and does not start. Solution: Fully charge the battery before each use (about 4 hours of charging required). The robot's autonomy is a maximum of 50 minutes.

3. Internal error of the robot

If after complete immersion and a fully charged battery the robot continues to beep without starting, this indicates an internal system failure. Solution: Contact your dealer for repair or replacement.
