Adjusting the water flow

Successful bonding

  • Cut the tube perpendicular to the axis using a saw suitable for going through PVC
  • Clean the pipe and the connectors with the PVC cleaner
  • Do not use sandpaper to clean the PVC flexible hose
  • The surface must be matte and once clean should not be touched again
  • Apply adhesive working in the same direction as the axis of the tube and the connectors
  • After applying the adhesive, attach the two parts and push in fully, without turning or screwing and hold for a few moments. Then remove surplus adhesive with the brush.

4.-FIRST AID MEASURES

4.1 Inhalation.- Get medical attention. Move the exposed person to fresh air at once. If respiration stops, practise first aid.
4.2 Skin contact. Wash with soap and water. If irritation persists get medical attention.
4.3 Eyes contact .- Rinse the eye with water immediately. Get medical attention.
4.4 Ingestion.- Do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately.

5.- FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES

Small fire: Use CO_2 , dry chemical powder, antialcohol foam, sand or soil. No throw water directly. Use big quantities of spray water.

Big fire: Use antialcohol foam or spray water.

6.- INSTRUCTIONS IN CASE OF ACCIDENTAL LEAK

6.1- Personal cautions: Extinguish flames. No smoke. Avoid sparks. Avoid skin contact, eyes and clothes. Use chemical safety glasses. Protective gloves. Use protective mask to organic vapours and NPF400 filters (only to gases) or autonomous respiratory protection.
6.2- Environment cautions: Avoid contamination at drainage channel using a containing wall made by absorbent material. Dilute with water. Disposal must be accordance with the regulation of the environmental Protection Act.

6.3- Cleanup methods.

Small spilling: Help the evaporation of the product or absorb the spilled liquid with sand, soil or sawdust. Collect and move to a save place to disposal.

Big spilling: Avoid extension of the spill using sand or soil. Move to a recover container if possible.

If spilling get drainage channel, advise local authority and firemen to avoid possible explosion, toxicity and deoxygenating.

7.- HANDLING AND STORAGE

7.1- HANDLING

Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame. No press, cut, heat or solder the containers. Empty containers can contain residual product. No reuse before clean.

7.2- STORAGE

Storage closed containers in a dry, ventilated place and far from incompatible products. No storage near heat, sparks and open flames.

8.- EXPOSURE CONTROLS AND PERSONAL PROTECTION

8.1- Respirators: If ventilation is insufficient, suitable respiratory protection must be provided.
8.2- Protection gloves: Protective gloves must be used if there is a risk of direct contact or splash.
8.3- Eye protection: Wear approved chemical safety googles where eye exposure is reasonably probable.
8.4- Other protections: Do not heat or smoke during the handle.
