Comment associer le Sonoff ZigBee Bridge à l'application eWeLink ?
Téléchargez l'application eWeLink, créez un compte, puis appuyez sur + et scannez le code QR fourni sur la notice ou le boîtier. Suivez les instructions dans l'app.
Quels appareils ZigBee sont compatibles avec ce pont ?
Le pont fonctionne avec tous les appareils ZigBee 3.0 de Sonoff et de nombreuses marques compatibles (ex: capteurs de porte/fenêtre, interrupteurs, prises). Consultez la liste des compatibilités sur le site officiel.
Quelle est la portée du ZigBee Bridge ?
En intérieur, la portée est d'environ 30 mètres en champ libre. Les obstacles (murs, meubles) peuvent réduire cette distance.
Peut-on utiliser le pont sans connexion internet ?
Non, une connexion Wi-Fi et internet est nécessaire pour le contrôle à distance via l'application eWeLink. En local (contrôle Bluetooth), ce n'est pas supporté.
Comment réinitialiser le ZigBee Bridge ?
Maintenez le bouton de réinitialisation (situé à l'arrière) enfoncé pendant 5 secondes jusqu'à ce que la LED clignote rapidement. Relâchez et suivez la procédure d'appairage.
Le pont est-il compatible avec Alexa ou Google Assistant ?
Oui, après liaison avec eWeLink, activez la compétence Sonoff dans Alexa ou Google Home. Vous pourrez commander vos appareils par la voix.
Combien d'appareils peut-on connecter au maximum ?
Le pont peut gérer jusqu'à 32 appareils ZigBee simultanément. Pour davantage, utilisez plusieurs ponts.
Que faire si un appareil ZigBee ne se connecte pas ?
Vérifiez que l'appareil est en mode appairage (généralement en le remettant sous tension). Rapprochez-le du pont et réessayez. Si le problème persiste, réinitialisez le pont.
Le ZigBee Bridge est-il compatible avec les systèmes domotiques tiers ?
Officiellement, il fonctionne via l'application eWeLink. Cependant, des passerelles ouvertes comme Home Assistant peuvent le piloter via des plugins communautaires.
Quelle est l'autonomie en cas de coupure de courant ?
Le pont n'a pas de batterie interne ; il se réinitialise au redémarrage. Les scénarios et automatisations sont conservés sur le cloud eWeLink.
