The Selfsat Snipe Air receiver automatically creates a WiFi network to allow you to configure it and receive SAT>IP streams on your devices. Here’s how to access these settings depending on your device:

Connecting to the Snipe Air WiFi network:

Look for the network named SATIPLINK2G (2.4 GHz band) or SATIPLINK5G (5 GHz band) in your list of available networks. The name may display additional numbers at the end (for example, “SATIPLINK2G15” or “SATIPLINK5G07”).
Select the WiFi network. If your device supports dual-band WiFi, prefer SATIPLINK5G for a more stable connection.
Enter the default password: SATIPLINK25 (in uppercase, do not forget the 2 digits).
Note that only SATIPLINK2G will be displayed if your device only accepts the 2.4 GHz band.

Accessing the router configuration interface:

Once connected to the Snipe Air WiFi network, open a web browser on your computer or mobile device.
Enter the address: http://satiplink.com to access the administration page of the built-in router.
From this interface, you can change the WiFi network name (SSID) and the password to customize your access.

Optimizing the connection:

If you experience WiFi stability issues, the management interface at http://satiplink.com allows you to change the WiFi channel used.
Depending on your technical specifications, the Snipe Air can handle up to 8 simultaneous WiFi devices with a range of up to 80 meters in open field.
