What to do if the vacuum cleaner does not start?

Check the power cord, the wall outlet, and the fuse. If the motor has overheated, let the appliance cool down for about 30 minutes before trying again.

Why is the suction power decreasing?

This may be due to a full dust bag, a clogged filter, or a blockage in the hose. Empty the bag, clean the filters, and check that no object is blocking the passage.

How to rewind the power cord?

Pull the cord about 2 to 3 meters, then press the automatic rewinding button. If the cord does not retract completely, repeat the operation.

What does the red light on the filter indicator mean?

The red light indicates that the dust bag is full or that the filter is clogged. Replace the bag and clean the filters. If the light remains red, check that there is no blockage in the hose or nozzle.

How often should I change the dust bag?

Change the bag as soon as it is full or when the filter indicator turns red. For optimal efficiency, replace the bag before it is completely full.

How to clean the vacuum cleaner filters?

The inlet filter and the outlet filter (HEPA) can be cleaned with a soft brush or by tapping. Do not wash them with water. Replace them if damaged.

Can I use the vacuum cleaner without a bag?

No, the vacuum cleaner requires a dust bag to operate correctly. Use a microfiber bag (VP-78M) or a paper bag (VP-77) according to your preference.

What to do if the rotating brush stops turning?

Hair or pet fur may get tangled around the brush. Remove the transparent cover, take out the brush, and cut the tangled fibres with scissors. Clean the inside of the housing before reassembling.

How to replace the remote control batteries?

Open the battery compartment on the handle. Use 2 AA batteries respecting polarity (+/-). Replace them if the remote control no longer responds.

• Avoid picking up hard, sharp objects with the vacuum cleaner as they may damage the cleaner parts. Do not stand on the hose assembly. Do not put weight on the hose. Do not block the suction or the exhaust port.
• Switch the vacuum cleaner off on the body of the machine before unplugging from the electrical outlet. Disconnect the plug from the electrical outlet before changing the dust bag or dust container. To avoid damage, please remove the plug by grasping the plug itself, not by pulling on the cord.

Press the ON/OFF button to operate the vacuum cleaner.

Press again to stop the vacuum cleaner.

Press the MIN/MID button to operate the vacuum at a low level (for curtain cleaning, etc.).

Press again to operate the vacuum in a MID mode.

Press the power ON/OFF button repeatedly to start and to stop the vacuum cleaner.

If the remote handle control is not working, the cleaner can be operated using the ON/OFF button on the body of the machine.

USING ACCESSORY

Pipe

• Adjust the length of the telescopic pipe by sliding the length control button located in the center of the telescopic pipe back and forth.

• To check for blockages, separate the telescopic pipe and adjust to shorten. This allows for easier removal of waste clogging the tube.

Accessory (Optional)

• Push the accessory on to the end of the hose handle.

• Pull out and turn the dusting brush for cleaning delicate areas.

• To use the upholstery tool, push the accessory on to the end of the hose handle in the opposite direction.

Accessory (Optional)

• Dusting brush for furniture. shelves, books, etc.

• Crevice tool for radiators, crevices, corners, between cushions.

Elbow Extending Tube (Optional)

• Connect the elbow extending tube to connecting part for hose knob and telescopic pipe.

• Fit the telescopic pipe to the lower part of the elbow extending tube.

• Press the PUSH button.

• With the PUSH button pressed, the elbow extending tube is folded.

• Using the elbow extending tube allows hard to reach areas (e.g. under furniture) to be cleaned without having to kneel down.

Frequent vacuuming of hair or pet fur may cause a falling-off of the rotation due to matters tangled around the drum. In this case, clean the drum with care.

1. Push the Open button on the transparent screen cover to separate the cover.

1. Remove the brushbar from the transparent screen.

1. Remove waste matter such as dust and hair tangled around the brushbar using scissors.

1. Remove dust inside the brush housing using a dry duster or crevice tool.

1. Insert brushbar into rotating belt and assemble.

1. Click the transparent screen cover back into place to reassemble.

CHECK FILTER INDICATOR

If the "Filter Check" indicator turns to red color while you are cleaning, the dust bag requires replacement.

If the "Filter Check" indicator continues to display red color even after having changed bag into new one, turn the cleaner off and check if there is any clogging in the hose,tube,floor nozzle,or on the inlet/outlet filter.

After using, if the cloth bag is full of dust, clean the cloth bag and use it again.

• For Micro Bag

A used dust bag can be sealed by removing the paper from the adhesive strip and sealing the strip over the hole.

You can purchase dust bags in the shops where you bought this vacuum cleaner.

Paper bag can be used as you prefer (Micro-bag:VP-78M, Paper-bag:VP-77)
