How do I fill the salt and pepper compartments?

First, rotate the head (2) so that the arrow ▼ Tr aligns with the marking on the body for the desired spice (salt or pepper). Then remove the plug (1) and pour in the spice. For the second compartment, repeat the process after rotating the head again.

How do I adjust the grind thickness?

At the bottom of the body, there are two knobs: knob A (white) for salt and knob B (gray) for pepper. Turn the knob to adjust the grind from fine to coarse. Do not adjust while grinding.

Can I grind other spices besides salt and pepper?

No. The grinder is designed only for grinding pepper and salt. Grinding other spices will void the warranty and may damage the mechanism.

How do I clean the mill?

Clean the casing with a wet cloth. Do not immerse the mill in water or spray any liquids on it. Avoid getting moisture into the grinding mechanism.

What is the warranty period?

The warranty is valid for household use only. It does not cover damage from improper operation, use with other spices, or unauthorized repairs.

Is the mill suitable for commercial use?

No. It is intended for private household use only. Professional use is not covered by warranty.

What should I do if the mill stops working properly?

Do not open or repair it yourself. Contact an authorized service center for repairs. Unauthorized modifications void the warranty.

Can children use this mill?

How do I know which compartment is for salt and which for pepper?

The head has markings to align with the body. Turn the head to the 'salt' or 'pepper' position as indicated on the body. The knobs at the bottom are also color-coded: white for salt, gray for pepper.

OPERATION

Manual grinder MP20 is designed for grinding pepper and salt.

Grinding other spices will void the warranty.

ADDING SPICES

In order to add spices to suitable containers, adjust the arrow ▼ Tr on the head (2), according to the marking on the body (3):

- if you want to fill the container of salt

- if you want to fill the container of pepper

Next, remove the plug (1) and proceed to fill.

To fill the second container, turn the head (2) and adjust as indicated. After adding spices, insert the plug (1).

GRINDING SPICES

To grind spices, take the body (3) with one hand, and turn the head (2) with the other hand, according to the markings visible on the plug (1) (fig. 1):

• grinding of pepper: turn clockwise
• grinding of salt: turn anti-clockwise

In the bottom of the grinder body (3) there are located knobs (A) (B) for adjusting the thickness of grinding (fig. 2). To ease the millstones - components located under knobs - are made in different colors.

• knob A (white): salt grinding adjustment
• knob B (gray): pepper grinding adjustment

Do not adjust the grinder when switched on. Avoid damping.
