SAFETY MEASURES
Read this instruction manual carefully before using the unit and keep it for the whole operation period.
Use the unit according to its intended purpose only, as it is stated in this user manual.
Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her property.
- Before connecting the unit to the mains, make sure that the voltage specified on the unit corresponds to your home mains voltage.
- Place the unit on a flat moisture-resistant surface away from sources of heat and open flame.
- Provide that the power cord does not contact with hot surfaces and sharp furniture edges.
- Do not use the unit outdoors.
• Always unplug the unit when you are not using it. - In case the knives suddenly stop rotating, first unplug the unit and only after that remove the ingredients which block the knives rotation.
- The blender set allows quick and effective operation. But continuous operation time while working with the blender attachment and the whisk should not exceed 1 minute, continuous operation time with the cookie attachment should not exceed 5 minutes. Make at least a 3-5 minute break between operation cycles.
• Maximum temperature of the processed products should not exceed 40^ C.
- Do not switch the unit on without food.
- When disconnecting the power plug from the mains, do not pull the cord, but hold the plug with your hand.
- Do not touch the motor unit body and power plug with wet hands.
- Do not use the unit near a kitchen sink, do not expose the unit to moisture.
- To avoid electric shock, do not immerse the power cord, the power plug or the motor unit body into water or any other liquids.
• If the unit was dropped into water:
- do not touch the water;
- unplug the unit immediately, only after that you may take the unit out of water;
- apply to an authorized service center for testing or repairing the unit.
- Do not allow children to touch the motor unit body and the power cord during operation.
- Do not leave children unattended not to let them use the unit as a toy.
- This unit is not intended for usage by children under 8 years of age.
- Place the unit out of reach of children under 8 years of age during the operation and during breaks between operations.
- Children aged 8 and over as well as disabled persons can use this unit only under supervision of a person who is responsible for their safety, if they are given all the necessary and understandable instructions concerning the safe usage of the unit and information about danger that can be caused by its improper usage.
- For children safety reasons, do not leave polyethylene bags, used as a packaging, unattended.
- Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of suffocation!

- Check the power cord and plug periodically. Do not use the unit if the motor unit body, the power plug or the power cord have damages.
- Do not disassemble and repair the unit by yourself. If you find any damages, unplug the unit and apply to an authorized service center.
- To avoid damages, transport the unit in original package only.
- Keep the unit out of reach of children and disabled persons.
After unit transportation or storage at low temperature, it is necessary to keep it for at least two hours at room temperature before switching on.
- Unpack the unit completely and remove any stickers that can prevent unit operation.
- Check the unit for damages; do not use it in case of damages.
- Before switching the unit on, make sure that your home mains voltage corresponds to the unit operating voltage.
- Before using the unit, wash all removable parts in warm water with a neutral detergent: the blender attachment (1), the whisk (7), the measuring cup (8) and the cookie attachment (10-14).
- Wipe the motor unit (2), whisk gear (6) and cookie attachment gear (9) with a soft slightly damp cloth and then wipe them dry.
Attention!
Do not immerse the motor unit (2), the gears (6, 9), the power cord and the power plug into water or any other liquids.
Do not put the attachments and bowls in a dishwashing machine.
Continuous operation time
The continuous operation time while working with the blender attachment and the whisk should not exceed 1 minute, and the break between operations should be no less than 2 minutes. The continuous operation time while using the cookie attachment is no longer than 5 minutes; make at least 5 minute breaks between operation cycles.
USING THE BLENDER ATTACHMENT WARNING: Before installing the attachment, make sure that the power plug is not inserted into the mains socket.
- Attach the blender attachment (1) to the motor unit (2), matching the mark ▼ with the mark □ on the attachment and turn it clockwise till bumping. The mark ▼ should match the mark □ in the fixed position.
- Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
- Immerse the blender attachment (1) into the bowl with products that you want to chop or mix. You can use the measuring cup (8) as a bowl.
- To switch the unit on, press and hold the «I» button (3). Use this mode for mixing liquid products.
- If you press and hold the «ll» button (5), the unit will operate at maximum rotation speed. Use this mode for combined processing of liquid and hard products.
Note:
Products should be put into the bowl before the unit is switched on. The amount of processed products should not exceed 2/3 of the capacity of the bowl in which they are processed.
Before starting chopping/mixing, we recommend to peel fruit, remove inedible parts, such as stones, and cut fruit into 2x2 cm cubes.
- After you finish using the unit, unplug it and remove the blender attachment (1) by turning it counterclockwise so that the mark ▼ is opposite the mark 📋.
Attention!
Do not remove the blender attachment (1) during operation.
To avoid damaging the blades, do not process too hard products such as cereals, rice, spices, coffee beans, cheese, frozen food, and ice.
If the products are difficult to process, add some water.
USING THE WHISK
Use the whisk (7) only to make cream, biscuit dough or mixing ready desserts.
WARNING: Before assembling, make sure that the power plug is not inserted into the mains socket.
– Insert the whisk (7) into the gear (6).
- Install the gear (6) with the whisk on the motor unit (2) so that the mark ▼ is opposite

the mark □ Turn the gear (6) clockwise till bumping. The mark ▼ should match the mark in fixed position.
- Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
- Immerse the whisk (7) into the bowl with food.
- To switch the unit on, press and hold the «I» button (3). Use this operation mode for mixing liquid products.
- If you press and hold the «ll» button (4), the unit will operate at maximum rotation speed.
- After you finish using the unit, take the power plug out of the mains socket, disconnect the whisk (7) from the gear (6). Remove the gear (6) from the motor unit (2) turning it so that the mark ▼ is opposite the mark
Attention!
- Do not use the whisk (7) to make tight dough.
- Food should be put into the bowl before the unit is switched on.
USING THE COOKIE ATTACHMENT
WARNING: Before assembling, make sure that the power plug is not inserted into the mains socket.
- Set the gear (9) on the motor unit (2). To do this match the marks ▼ and □, then turn the gear clockwise so that the marks ▼ and □ are opposite to each other.
- Install the plunger (12) on the axis (11).
- Install the cutter (13) inside the clamp (14).
- Install the flask (10) into the clamp (14) with unmarked side. Then turn the clamp in the direction of the mark 📋.
- Pour the dough into the flask (10). The dough level should not exceed the «MAX» mark. If you filled the flask till the maximal mark, make sure that the plunger (12) is installed as close to the end of the axis (11) as possible.
- Immerse the axis (11) end without the plunger into the flask (10) with dough; make sure that the ledges on the flask match the grooves on the plunger (12).
- Install the flask (10) on the gear (9) so that the axis (11) is inserted into the gear opening. Press on the axis till the clamp clicking. The mark 📋 on the flask should be opposite the mark ▼ on the gear. Turn the flask clockwise
so that the marks ▼ and □ match.
- Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
- Select the rotation speed with the buttons (3) «|» or (4) «||».
Note: If the flask is empty and the plunger is close to the cookie cutter, the axis motion is blocked; the motor overload protection system is switched on and the gear is clicking. It is normal. Switch the unit off, unplug it, set the plunger to the starting position and add a new portion of dough into the cookie attachment.
Basic dough recipe
200 g flour
130 g butter
100 g powdered sugar
1 egg
- Cut the butter into small cubes, put it in the bowl and leave at room temperature till melting.
- Add powdered sugar and whip carefully with the whisk.
- Whip the egg with a fork in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the egg to the butter mixture, continue whipping the mixture with the whisk.
- Sift out flour, add it to the butter mixture. Stir the dough thoroughly with a spatula.
- Bake cookies at 190 °C during 10-12 minutes.
Cleaning
– Unplug the unit before cleaning.
- Remove the attachments.
- Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the motor unit (2) and the gears (6, 9), then wipe them dry.
- After processing of salty and sour products it is necessary to rinse the blender attachment (1) with water immediately.
- While possessing products with strong dyeing properties (for instance, carrot or beet-root), the attachments and the bowls can get colored, wipe them with a cloth dampened in vegetable oil.
- Wash all removable parts in warm soapy water, rinse and dry them.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT (2) AND THE GEARS (6, 9) INTO ANY LIQUIDS, DO NOT WASH THEM UNDER WATER JET OR IN A DISHWASHING MACHINE.
