How to use the pump to inflate a bicycle tire?

Unlock the piston by placing the pump on the ground, push the piston down and pull the retaining bracket to get a flat surface. Place the double head on the appropriate valve (Schrader, Blitz or Sclaverand) and fold the lever to lock. Pump by placing a foot on the retaining bracket. Monitor the pressure gauge and do not exceed the maximum pressure indicated on the tire (max. 7 bar / 100 psi).

What types of valves are compatible with this pump?

The pump is compatible with Schrader (mountain bikes, carts), Blitz (city bikes) and Sclaverand (racing bikes) valves. Use the large opening of the double head for Schrader and the small one for Blitz and Sclaverand. For mattresses and balls, use the appropriate nozzles.

How to inflate an air mattress with this pump?

Open the valve cap of the mattress. Insert the plastic nozzle provided into the large opening of the double head, then lock by lowering the lever. Then insert the nozzle into the mattress valve and pump.

What to do if the pump heats up during use?

The friction of the piston and cylinder generates heat during prolonged use. To avoid burns, hold the pump only by the rear surface after inflation. Let it cool down before storing.

Is the pump repairable in case of failure?

No, the product is not repairable. In case of defect or damage, the pump must be discarded in accordance with recycling rules. Contact customer service if you are within the warranty period for a replacement.

How to maintain the pump to extend its life?

Clean the pump with a damp cloth and never immerse it in water. Once a year, grease the O-ring with non-acid grease by unscrewing the cap nut and removing the piston. Store the pump in a cool, dry place away from UV rays.

What is the maximum pressure this pump can reach?

The maximum permitted pressure is 7 bar (100 psi). However, always use the pressure recommended by the manufacturer of the object to be inflated (e.g., indicated on the tire sidewall). Never exceed this value due to risk of explosion.

Can I use this pump for car tires?

No, this mini foot pump is designed for bicycles, mattresses and balls. It is not suitable for car tires which require a larger air volume and different pressure. Professional use is also excluded.

How to transport the pump on a bike?

Use the storage case provided. Attach it to the bike using the three Velcro closures (see diagram D in the manual). Store the pump and accessories in the case for easy transport.

What to do in case of defect during the warranty period?

This mini foot air pump is suitable for inflating all common bicycle tyres, air mattresses and balls. Other applications or changes made to the product are considered as non-intended usage and may lead to hazards, such as injuries and damage. The distributor bears no liability for damages resulting from non-intended usage. The product is not intended for commercial use.

Keep packaging material away from children. There is a risk of suffocation and other injuries!

- You can inflate all bicycle tyres up to the pump's indicated maximum tyre pressure (max. 7 bar / 100 psi) or to the tyre manufacturer's

indicated maximum tyre pressure. This can usually be found on the tyre wall. The indicated maximum values may not be exceeded at any time.

Warning! Risk of injury through explosion if maximum permitted pressure values are exceeded.

- Defective or damaged air pumps may no longer be used due to risk of injury. Defective mini foot air pumps must be properly disposed of. Repairs are not possible.

Warning! Damaged pump, hose, adapter or faulty connectors cause risk of explosion.

- Due to the high operating force and the risks associated with this, the product is not suited for use by children or persons with physical and/or mental impairments.

Warning! Please note that the pump plunger and pump cylinder become very hot over longer periods of pumping due to the tion between them. For this reason, after pumping you should only did the pump by the pedal surface in order to avoid burns.

- Due to the risk of injury, a defective or damaged mini foot air pump may never be used. Defective pumps must be properly disposed of since repairs are not possible.

Warning! Some bicycle valves do not allow pressure display. For your own safety, please check the air pressure with a rated manometer (i.e. at a fuel station).

Initial use of the pump: (B1)

Please ensure that the pump plunger is spring loaded and quickly rebounds when opening it. Release the pump plunger by placing the pump on the ground. Next, press the pump plunger downwards with your hand, while at the same time folding out the bracket with your other hand, so that this can be used as pump pedal. To lock the pump, proceed in reverse order.

• While pumping, make sure to always place one foot on the retaining bracket of the pump to prevent it from tilting (B2).
• Place one foot on the folded down retaining bracket of the pump.

By treading steadily on the red pedal surface, the connected object will be inflated (B3).

• Make sure that the pump tube is not bent.
• When pumping watch the display of the pressure gauge.
• Please note that some types of valves do not show the air pressure. This applies in particular to old dunlop valves.
• The pressure gauge display value may slightly differ from the actual pressure.

Inflating tyres with a schrader valve: (C2)

First remove the dust protection cap (1). Insert the dual head with the large opening into the valve (2). To lock in place, please fold down the lever at the pump head (3).

Inflating tyres with a blitz valve: (C3)

First remove the dust protection cap (1). Insert the dual head with the small opening into the valve (2). To lock in place, please fold down the lever at the pump head (3).

Inflating tyres with a presta valve: (C4)

First remove the dust protection cap (1). Detach the valve nut (2a-2c). Insert the dual head with the small opening into the valve (3). To lock

in place, please fold down the lever at the pump head (4).

Inflating air mattresses, inflatable toys, etc.: (C5)

First open the valve plug (1). Select the appropriate plastic adapter and insert it into the large opening of the dual head (2). To lock in place, please fold down the lever of the dual head (3). Now insert the plastic adapter into the object to be inflated (4).

Inflating balls: (C6)

Insert the metal adapter in the large opening of the dual head (1). To lock in place, please fold down the lever at the pump head (2). Now insert the adapter into the ball (3).

Assembly options of the bag on the bicycle: (D)

To transport the pump on the bicycle, you can attach the bag to the bicycle using the three velcro fasteners as shown in the figure (D).

Cleaning & care instructions:

• clean with a damp cloth
• do not immerse in water
• regularly inspect the pump's screw joints for secure attachment before use
• lubricate the pump seal with acid-free grease at least once a year. To do this, unscrew the nut on the pump cylinder, after which you can remove the pump plunger with the spring and grease the seal ring. Assembly is carried out in reverse order. (E1/E2)
• Store Mini Foot Air Pump in a cool, dry place protected from UV light.
