Frequently Asked Questions - CH1924 Vevor

How do I switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit display?
To switch from °C to °F or vice versa, press and hold the MINUS button for 5 seconds. The display will then show the opposite unit.
What type of transfer paper should I use?
Use standard sublimation transfer paper. Wrap the mug with the paper, printed side against the mug, and secure with high-temperature tape.
How do I adjust the temperature and time?
Press SETUP to enter temperature adjustment mode (value flashes), use PLUS/MINUS to adjust, then press SETUP again. For time, press SETUP twice, adjust, then confirm.
Why is my image color too light or faded?
This may be due to too low a temperature or insufficient pressing time. Increase the temperature by 5-10 °C or extend the time by 10-20 seconds.
How do I adjust the pressure on the mug?
Turn the handwheel clockwise to increase pressure, counterclockwise to reduce. Perform a blank test to find the optimal pressure.
The unit does not heat but the display works, what should I do?
Check if the heating plate or relay is damaged. If you have the skills, test with a multimeter. Contact VEVOR support for a part replacement.
Can I use this press for items other than mugs?
Yes, it is suitable for sport bottles, ABS plastic cups, and other cylindrical objects with diameter ≤ 87 mm and height ≤ 240 mm.
How do I maintain the unit?
Always unplug the unit before cleaning. Clean the heating plate and housing with a damp, non-abrasive cloth. Never immerse in water or use harsh chemicals.
The machine emits a strange odor or smoke, what should I do?
Stop use immediately and unplug the unit. Check for any debris or foreign material on the plate. If the odor persists, contact customer service.
Where can I find spare parts or technical support?
Visit www.vevor.com/support for technical support and the electronic warranty certificate. Spare parts (heating plate, relay, fuse) can be ordered through the same site.
