1. General description

These instructions are intended to assist you in safe and reliable use. The product is designed and manufactured strictly according to technical specifications using the latest technology and components and maintaining the highest quality standards.

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTAND THEM BEFORE USE.

To ensure long and reliable operation of the device, care should be taken to operate and maintain the device correctly in accordance with the instructions. The technical data and specifications contained in these instructions are up-to-date. The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes for the purpose of quality improvement.

Explanation of symbols

	Read the instructions before use.
	CAUTION! or WARNING! or REMEMBER! describing a given situation (general warning sign).
	Wear protective goggles.
	Wear protective gloves.
	CAUTION! Risk of fire - flammable materials!
	Warning: risk of poisoning by toxic substances!
	Wear special footwear.

2. Safe use

CAUTION!

Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in serious injury or death.

The term "device" or "product" in the warnings and instructions refers to the low profile oil drain.

a) Keep the work area tidy and well lit. Disorder or poor lighting can lead to accidents. Be careful, watch what you are doing and use common sense when working with the device.
b) If in doubt as to whether the product is working properly or if you detect damage, contact the manufacturer's service.
c) Repairs of the product may only be carried out by the manufacturer's service. Do not carry out repairs yourself!
d) In the event of fire or fire, use only powder or snow (CO2) extinguishers to extinguish fire in the device where there is voltage.
e) No children or unauthorised persons are allowed in the work area. (Lack of attention may result in loss of control over the device).
f) Use the device in a well-ventilated room.
g) Check the condition of the safety stickers regularly. Replace them if they are illegible.
h) Keep these instructions for future reference. If the device is to be passed on to third parties, the instructions for use must be handed over together with the device.
i) Keep packaging parts and small assembly parts out of the reach of children.
j) Keep the device away from children and animals
k) When using this device together with other devices, the other instructions for use must also be followed.
I) Do not operate the device if you are tired, ill or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication which might impair your ability to operate the device.
m) The product may only be operated by persons who are physically fit, capable of handling the device and who have been adequately trained, who have read these instructions and have received training in health and safety.
n) The product is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with reduced mental, sensory or intellectual functions or lack of experience and/or knowledge, unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or have been given instructions by them on how to operate the device.
o) Be careful and use common sense when operating the device. A short moment of distraction during operation may lead to serious personal injury.

p) Use the required personal protective equipment when working with the device specified in section 1 of the explanation of symbols. The use of appropriate, approved personal protective equipment reduces the risk of injury.
q) Do not overestimate your capabilities. Maintain body balance at all times during operation. This allows for better control of the device in unexpected situations.
r) Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery.
s) The device is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
t) Keep unused devices out of the reach of children and anyone not familiar with the device or these instructions. Devices are dangerous in the hands of inexperienced users.
u) Keep the device in good working order.
v) Keep the device out of the reach of children.
w) Repair and maintenance of the device should be carried out by qualified persons using only original spare parts. This will ensure a safe use of the device.
x) To ensure the designed operational integrity of the device, do not remove factory-installed covers or loosen any screws.
y) Do not move, shift or rotate the device during operation.
z) Clean the device regularly to prevent the permanent accumulation of dirt.
aa) If you notice any leakage from the device or hoses, immediately stop the work and rectify the faults.
bb) The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by children without adult supervision.
cc) It is forbidden to tamper with the device in order to change its parameters or construction.
dd) Keep the device away from sources of fire and heat.
ee) During oil draining from a vehicle placed on a lift, make sure it is properly secured against dropping or slipping.
ff) During work no person can be present in the vehicle, the vehicle must be empty.
gg) Make sure that the engine is cooled down prior to starting oil draining. Take particular care when using the device, as the drained oil may be hot and may cause severe burns to the skin.
hh) Always protect the skin and eyes from contact with oil and solvents.
ii) Do not leave the vehicle and the product without supervision during oil draining.
jj) Before lowering the vehicle to the ground after finishing work, make sure that the drain plug is in place and all other devices have been removed from under the vehicle.
kk) It is forbidden to start the vehicle's engine during the oil draining operation.
II) The recovery tray level should be controlled to prevent leakage. It is recommended to empty the recovery tray at the same time.
mm) It is forbidden to reuse the used oil for private purposes.

Remember! Keep children and other bystanders safe while operating the device.

CAUTION! Although the device has been designed to be safe and has been equipped with adequate safeguards, and despite the use of additional safety measures, there is still a small risk of accident or injury when operating the device. Caution and common sense are advised when using the device.

3. Rules of use

The device is intended for collecting used low-viscosity (thin) operating fluids from vehicles and other machines.

The user is responsible for any damage caused by improper use.

3.1. Description of the device

3.2. Preparation for work

Position the device in a way that allows for good air circulation. Keep the device away from any hot surfaces. Always operate the device on a level, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface and out of the reach of children and persons with reduced mental, sensory and intellectual abilities.

ASSEMBLY OF THE DEVICE

1. Screw on the handle [1] to the recovery tray [2] with screws.

1. Then, install the pump by screwing onto the recovery tray (not for MSW-WOT-30 model).

Handle should be connected to the pump as well.

1. Install the drain lines to the pump and to the recovery tray (not for MSW-WOT-30 model). Screw the fittings and elbow as shown in the drawing below into the threaded inlet and outlet of the hand pump. To obtain a sealed connection it is recommended to wrap the connectors' threads with teflon tape.

Then, install the ends of the shorter hose on the connection on the pump and on the recovery tray. Secure the connections with clamping strips.

1. Screw in the oil drain connection.

1. Screw on the wheels.

Place the threaded wheel end over the tub case opening and screw the nut on. Check the nut tightening regularly in order to avoid wheel unscrewing loose.

1. In the case of the MSW-WOT-30 model, screw the drain valve to the recovery tray and wrap it with Teflon tape for sealing.

3.3. Working with the device

1. Lift the vehicle Ensure it is appropriately secured.
2. Place the drainer under the vehicle in such a manner that the recovery tray is located directly under the vehicle's oil tank.
3. Unscrew the drain plug.
4. Control whole oil draining process.

CAUTION! If possible, it is recommended to empty the recovery tray at the same time while draining the oil from the vehicle; this prevents the recovery tray from overfilling and spilling the oil:

1. Place the end of the drain hose in a vessel, from which the old oil will later be disposed of, and then empty the recovery tray by turning the pump handle.

For MSW-WOT-30 model:

1. Place a vessel, from which the old oil will be disposed of later, under the drain valve of the recovery tray and unscrew the valve. Control the process of draining the recovery tray. Unscrew the valve when the process is complete.

If it is not possible to empty the recovery tray at the same time, you should constantly check the filling level of the recovery tray and close the drain plug when the recovery tray is almost full.

3.4. Cleaning and maintenance

a) Store the device in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
b) Regularly inspect the device for technical failure and damage.
c) Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
d) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning (e.g. a wire brush or metal scraper) as these may damage the surface of the device.
e) Used oil shall be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
f) Clean the device stained with oil on the outside with a soft cloth or a brush and using, for example, gasoline or other non-aggressive degreasing and cleaning agents for workshop applications.
