How to charge the device?

Only use the supplied charging cord or quick charger. Plug the charger into a suitable power outlet and connect it to the device. During charging, the charge level is displayed as a percentage on the screen. When fully charged, the device turns off automatically to save energy.

What is the battery runtime?

The runtime depends on the suction mode, accessory, and floor type. With a 3.0 Ah battery in Eco mode without electric brush, it reaches 60 minutes. In Turbo mode with electric floor brush, it is about 10 minutes. Higher capacity batteries (4.0 Ah, 5.0 Ah) offer longer runtime.

How to empty the dust container?

Turn off the device. Press the unlock button of the container (ref. 14) to remove it. Open the container lid (16) and empty the contents into a trash can. To compress the dust, use the RotationClean function (10) before emptying. Close the lid and reinsert the container until it clicks.

How to clean the filter?

First remove the battery and unplug the device. Open the dust container then take out the filter unit (11 and 12). Gently tap the lamella filter (11) and the fluff filter (12) to remove dust. Never use water or liquid. If the filter is very dirty, you can wipe the fluff filter with a slightly damp cloth. Reassemble after complete drying.

What to do if 'E0' appears?

Code E0 indicates a dirty sensor. Turn off the device and remove the battery. Carefully clean the sensor (MicroClean) with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Also check that the suction hose and nozzle are not blocked by hair or fluff. Restart the device.

Can I use batteries from other brands?

No, only use batteries from the Bosch Power for ALL 18 V series. Using third-party batteries voids the warranty and may damage the device. Also use only the supplied charger for charging.

How to use the free-standing function?

The free-standing function allows you to temporarily place the floor brush on the carpet without damaging the device. To activate it, place the universal floor brush (1) flat and engage the rest position. Caution: Never use this function when the device is in the upright position on the charging station.

How to clean the universal floor brush?

Turn off the device and remove the battery. Press the brush release button (2) to detach it. Remove tangled hair and threads manually. The rotating brush has an automatic cleaning function that cuts hair after 30 seconds of use on carpet. For deep cleaning, follow the steps illustrated in the manual (Fig. 48-50).

What to do if the device does not work?

Check that the battery is correctly inserted (push until it clicks) and charged. If the screen shows an error code (E0 to E5), refer to the troubleshooting section. For codes E2 to E5, let the device cool down, check for blockages, and clean the dust container and filters. If the problem persists, contact Bosch customer service.

How to maintain the MicroClean sensor?

The MicroClean sensor is located on the status display (8). Clean it regularly with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to ensure proper cleanliness indicator function. A dirty sensor may show incorrect status or trigger error code E0. Do not use any liquid or abrasive products.

Preventing material damage

▶ Check and clean any wet objects.

▶ Regularly check the running surfaces of the nozzles for wear.
▶ Replace worn nozzles.
- Never use the nozzle without the brush roller in place.
▶ Never operate the appliance without the filter unit.
▶ Never lean the appliance against walls or the edges of tables.

■ Like every Li-ion battery, the batteries from the Power for ALL 18 V series wear

out over time, meaning that the battery capacity and the runtime decrease. This is a natural aging process and not the

result of a material error, manufacturing error or material defect.

■ You can delay natural wear by taking the following measures:

- Do not store the battery for an extended period of time if it is fully charged or fully discharged.

Note: Use Turbo mode (normal mode) for best results when cleaning hard floors and deep cleaning rugs and carpets. Switch to Auto mode or Eco mode when it is too difficult to push the nozzle on rugs or carpets.
