Turn the plastic adjustment nut counterclockwise to slide the blade up and down. Once the distance is adjusted, tighten the mounting nut of the blade shaft.

What is the stripping capacity of the SD-025MINI machine?

The machine can strip wires with a diameter of φ 1.5 mm to 25 mm.

Can a drill be used with this machine?

Yes, in electric mode: first remove the crank, then install the drill-driven rod. Connect the drill to strip wires automatically.

Why is the machine not stripping properly?

Three possible causes: 1) the wire diameter is too small; 2) the blade center is not aligned with the groove center (adjust the blade core); 3) the blade edge is too dull (sharpen the blades).

How to sharpen the blades?

Use a sharpening stone or a suitable sharpening tool. Follow the instructions in the manual for precise sharpening.

Can the machine strip multi-strand cables?

Yes, if the total diameter is within the range of φ 1.5 mm to 25 mm. Ensure the insulation is stripped without damaging the strands.

It's easy to operate with hand crank or drill driven, portable and con energy saving, nice appearance; u can get copper wire after the sing blades stripping

Operation

1:Adjust distance between blades and shaft in accordance with the ca size (the insulating layer stripped but not hurt the inner conductor)

2:Feeding:strip the cables through feeding hole( u can adjust the feed hole according cable size to the proper position which cables can enter but not swing)

3: Stripping: (hand operated) rotate hand crank in order to peeling, if ca peel:

① too small wire diameter
② the blades center not in line with groove center( adjust the blade
③ blades edge is too dull( sharpen the blades)

Drill driven: If u want drill driven in operation, pull down the hand crank first, then install the drill driven rod with drill, u can begin to strip the cables)

Notice: don't input ur hands into the machine in any circumstance.
