How to assemble the Vevor MR8016-4 dolly?

Attach the left and right axle supports to the expansion sleeve with M6x25 screws. Mount the foot pump with M6x20 screws and washers. Screw the pump rod joint onto the pump, then secure the assembly with the M14 bolt, washer, and lock nut. Refer to the manual for detailed diagrams.

How to use the dolly to lift a vehicle?

Remove the locking pin, open the valve by turning the handwheel counterclockwise, extend the dolly and slide it under the tire. Close the valve by turning clockwise, then press the pedal to lift the tire about one inch. Finally, lock the pin in place.

Can I drive the vehicle while it is on the dollies?

No. Do not start the engine or drive with the dollies in place. They are designed solely for manual maneuvering.

23. DO NOT operate wheel dollies on inclined surfaces. Wheel dollies must be used on level surfaces only. Unanticipated motion will occur as soon as wheel dollies lift tire from surface.
24. DO NOT overload wheel dollies beyond the load rating (1500 lbs per unit).
25. DO NOT start the vehicle's engine, or drive with wheel dollies in use. Wheel dollies are designed for hand maneuvering of vehicles only.
26. DO NOT use wheel dollies to lift tires wider than 12 inches.
27. DO NOT attempt to push wheel dollies over obstacles. They are designed to be used on level and reasonably smooth surfaces only.
28. After lifting, be sure to always lock the pin in place before operating. Put pin out after finishing work and then release the valve.

ASSEMBLY STEPS

1. Tighten and fix the Left flat iron component and Right flat iron component ② to the Expansion sleeve component with Screw M6x25 ⑩ as shown in the figure.

1. Fix the Equipped with pedal oil pump component to the body with M6 hexagon socket screw ⑪ and Washer Φ6 ⑫ as shown in the figure.

1. Screw the Oil pump rod ⑦ into the oil pump. Pay attention to align the holes on the nut with the body holes as shown in the figure.

1. Tighten and fix the oil pump and main body with Bolt ⑤, Washer Φ14 ⑧, and lock nut M14 ⑨.

1. Lock the pin in place.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pull out the lock pin from frame, release the retaining hook of the operating lever.

1. Open release valve by turning handwheel anticlockwise.

1. Expand the wheel dollies.

1. Slide the wheel dollies around wheel to be lifted.

1. Close the release valve by turning the handwheel clockwise.

1. Place your foot on the pedal and depress it smoothly to lift the tire one inch or less from the surface.

1. Be sure to lock the pin in place.

1. To release the wheel dollies, pull the pin out from the frame and open the valve by turning the handwheel anticlockwise.
