Assembly precautions

1. Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly c create hazards.
2. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.
3. Keep the assembly area clean and well-lit.
4. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
5. Do not assemble if tired or when under the influence of alcohol, or medication.
6. The product capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled products only.
7. Assemble on a flat, level, hard and smooth surface capable of sa supporting the Push Reel Lawn Mower
8. For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following pages, please refer to the Assembly Diagram of this manual. Unw and separate all parts in a clean work area.

3. Do not exceed specified weight capacities.
4. Use as intended only.
5. Inspect before every use; do not use if parts are loose or damage

Remove the plastic knobs and screws from the Side bars and seaside for later use.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Attach the Handle top with Foam Grip to the Side Bars using provided knobs, bolts at labeled points A and B.
2. Attach the Handle bottom bar (labeled points C and D at the the mower.
3. Attach the Side bars to the handle bottom bars using the pro knobs, bolts and washers at labeled points D and C.

Assemble the Handle bottom bars with the Push Reel Lawn Mow

Assemble the Net bag onto the Push Reel Lawn Mower.

Push Mower Safety Guidelines

Never place hands, fingers or feet inside the reel. Although motor does not power this mower, when the wheels turn reel of the mower spins and can cut.

Never mow when the grass is wet enough to be slipper

Do not use the push mower while barefoot or while wea sandals.

Walk slowly, never run. Always be sure of your footing using the push mower.

Never intentionally strike or ram trees, fences, etc. This cause injuries or severely damage the push mower mechanisms.

Make sure that the push mower is in a safe operating Do not attempt to operate this reel mower if it is dama push mower is damaged, have it repaired before using.

Cutting Height Adjustments

The cutting height of the push mower can be adjusted from 1 34 - moving the height adjustment levers to the required position.

To achieve the lowest cutting position, one at a time pull the adjustment levers located next to the smaller wheels and move it to the highest positions (position 1).

To achieve the highest cutting position, move the adjustment levers on a time to their lowest position (position 5).

NOTE: The two height adjustment levers must be set to the same height position.

Mower Blade Calibration Adjustments

The blades on the push mower are all calibrated prior to leaving the and generally do not require adjustments. However, adjustments may be required only if you notice a rough, uneven cut, the mower is difficult push or the mower simply does not cut the grass. Please note before proceeding that adjusting the blades is a very sensitive procedure. A 1/16 is considered a major adjustment. Carefully follow the procedures below.

Proper calibration is achieved when the cutting blades (see) are adjusted so that the rotating cutting reel ever so slightly comes even contact along the entire length of the cutting bar, creating shearing or scissor-like effect.

WARNING The cutting bar and rotating reel blades can be damaged if they are adjusted too close to each other.

Loosening the Blades

To loosen the blades, the cutter bar

Must be moved away from the cutting reel by turning the spring

loaded screws equally counter

clockwise. Be sure to loosen both

spring loaded screws on both sides

Tightening the Blades

To tighten the blades, the cutter bar must be moved closer to the cutting

reel by turning the spring loaded screws equally clockwise.

Be sure to tighten the spring loaded screws

Checking the Adjustments

1. Turn the mower upside down.
2. Insert a piece of paper between the cutter bar and the reel blade carefully turn the reel blades by hand.
3. All blades should slice the paper evenly along the entire length of cutter bar while the reel turns smoothly.
4. If the mower has an intermittent cut, adjustment should be made appropriate sides of the blades to attain proper cutting action.

General Care

To extend the life of the mower, store the mower during inclement with Minimum care is required to ensure smooth operation of your mower. avoid damage to the mower or cutting blades, keep the area to be free from any debris.
