Assembly precautions

1. Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly c create hazards.
2. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.
3. Keep the assembly area clean and well-lit.
4. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
5. Do not assemble if tired or when under the influence of alcohol, or medication.
6. The product capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled products only.
7. Assemble on a flat, level, hard and smooth surface capable of sa supporting the Push Reel Lawn Mower
8. For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following pages, please refer to the Assembly Diagram of this manual. Unw and separate all parts in a clean work area.

Use precautions

1. DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON THIS ITEM.
2. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or item.
3. Do not exceed specified weight capacities.
4. Use as intended only.
5. Inspect before every use; do not use if parts are loose or damage

Remove the plastic knobs and screws from the Side bars and seaside for later use.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Attach the Handle top with Foam Grip to the Side Bars using provided knobs, bolts at labeled points A and B.
2. Attach the Handle bottom bar (labeled points C and D at the the mower.
3. Attach the Side bars to the handle bottom bars using the pro knobs, bolts and washers at labeled points D and C.

Assemble the Handle bottom bars with the Push Reel Lawn Mow

Assemble the Net bag onto the Push Reel Lawn Mower.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Never use the mower while people, especially children or are nearby. Always walk never run.

Do not operate the mower when barefoot or wearing open sandals.

Thoroughly inspect the area where the mower is to be remove all objects, which may be thrown by the machin

Always be sure of your footing on slopes. Do not mow excessively steep slopes. Keep all nuts, bolts and screws tightened.

Always ensure that the equipment is in a safe working condition.

Replace worn or damaged parts immediately.

Keep hands and feet clear of the rotating blades.

Use caution when adjusting the blades.

ADJUSTING THE CUTTING HEIGHT

Loosen the knobs on either side of the roller A and adjust both equally C, in the direction of the arrow, to obtain the desired height. Tighten the knobs A.

ADJUSTING THE BLADE

The cutting blade D should be adjusted if the grass is not cut and evenly. Insert a piece of paper between the cylinder B and fixed blade D. Turn both adjuster nuts C clockwise a little at a until the cutting cylinder B cuts the paper evenly across the wr blade length D.

Note: The blades act like a pair of shears.

MOWING

For best results, place the lawnmower on the edge of the lawn mow in the forward direction. Then turn at the end of each run mow in the opposite direction, slightly over-lapping the previously

strip.

MAINTENANCE

To ensure long and reliable service, carry out the following maintenance regularly: Regularly check for obvious defects such loose, dislodged or damaged blades, loose fittings and worn or

damaged components. Check that covers and guards are undamaged and correctly fitted. Carry out necessary maintenance repairs before using.

STORAGE

Clean the exterior of the machine thoroughly using a soft brush cloth. Do not use water, solvents or polish. Remove all grass and debris. Turn the machine on its side and clean the blade area. Grass cuttings are compacted in the blade area, remove with a wooden or plastic implement. Store the lawnmower in a safe and place out of the reach of children. Do not place other objects of the machine.
